The manager of the store, Eli, gave me a gateway wireless router to try for free. I told him we already have wireless and I don't need it. He said use it for free for 90 days at no charge. I was hesitant but he said If you don't want it just bring it back no strings attached. I brought it home and wife said bring it back we don't need it. Never even left the box it was in. When I brought it back a couple weeks later or so, Not sure because we left town, he said there was a 15 day return policy. He was condescending and blamed his employee for the problem. Eli is trying to up his numbers at the customers expense. Don't trust this store. Eli will mislead you. He then ask me to leave the store and refused to look up any info to see if I was in the 15 day day period even though he told me me 90 days

Shout out to Jay & Justin! Jay worked with us for over 2 hours with Justin’s assistance to get us the best deal, phones, & service! We switched from AT&T after over 20 years & so glad we did! Thank you for your excellent customer service, friendliness & helping us get what we needed! ?????

So far, each time I've gone in to either purchase an item or to get help with a problem with my cell phone, I've received assistance from knowledgeable people. That means a lot to me.

The manager is rude, and smells like weed. There are much more capable workers at this store who should be manager in my opinion.

This my 3rd trip to this store. Last 2 times I swore I'd NEVER go back. I was treated so rudely. But today I gave it one last chance and I'm glad I did. Jay and Tamari (hope I spelled right) showed me T-Mobile Does hire people with customer service skills. They were not only good at what they did they were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Please keep them there. This store is close to my house and had they not renewed my faith in customer service workers, I'd been driving 20 plus miles. Ty to them both. And I feel bad I didn't tip but I never carry cash. I have to go back soon and hopefully can make up to them then. Merry Christmas.

This store has sales agents who are shady and will take advantage of unsuspecting customers. They add in sneaky equipment protection charges, claim watches are part of the plans. Then when you get your bill, you have equipment charges. They even snuck in an extra line on my account that I didn’t request!! Go to a different store. Avoid this one at all costs.

I bought a phone less than 2 weeks ago, and was very unsatisfied with the phones performance / bugginess.I went to this store yesterday to ask for help, and Tamara was simply fantastic. She helped with everything I asked for, and I was able to trade the iPhone in for a galaxy device that I wanted all along.Thank you Tamara!

I went there with my mom she was talked into getting a different phone than the specific one she wanted, they said it was a much better phone than the one she wanted making all these promises,turns out the phone she got is absolutely horrible the service is terrible pop up adds never stop and the texts sometimes don't go through for no reason this place is terrible

I don't recommend coming here, staff was on the phone with a friendwhile helping me out, and started to bust out laughing while we had a conversation. When I told him I was leaving he finally started being attentive. Please train your staff properly and learn good service.

Do not go to this T-Mobile!! The staff doesn't care anything except the sale. I had insurance on my phone and it died. Went to inquire about a new one and they said I couldn't do anything except buy a new one at regular price even though I was due for an upgrade. I did and now I'm out $800. Same thing happened to another phone on my account. This time I called and the rep explained everything and told me the store was playing me. In less than 24 hours I already received my replacement phone and it only cost $99. The staff sucks at this store and will not help you.
