Multiple females here need to be let go. They looked me up and down and ignored me. When I approached one she rolled her eyes, walked away then went to tell the other one she is waiting to clock out and not helping me. They were not busy and I felt racially profiled. I finally got helped by a gentleman but he stated he doesn't know anything because he just recently started and hasn't had the training. When he went to go ask the women standing there talking and not doing anything, they both rolled their eyes, looking irritated and told him to tell me to look up any questions I have online. I wish i would have got their names and started recording them to report them, but I was so lost in the moment because there is no excuse for this behavior.

not one to leave reviews but after the experience I had at this location after being with BB&T for over 20 years I am so disappointed. I am super understanding about being understaffed but I went into the branch and had the branch manager help me (she was very nice but super disorganized and stressed) I was patient and kind even after being in there over an hour, and waited weeks to receive a call back that a simple name change was done on two of my credit cards. I recently got married and came in with everything they asked me to but still got two new cards in the mail with my same maiden name on them, not a big deal I called back and left 4 voicemails over the span of a few weeks and called and a teller allegedly gave a message to them, I did this because the branch manager told me to call back if the issue wasn't resolved. I gave up and called corporate and they handled it for me within minutes. I would have called corporate first to begin with (I did and was told to go into local branch to bring marriage certificate) all around unimpressed and turned off with the run around and lack of care.

Alex Hames went above and beyond to help us through some real stupid times. I appreciate his great attitude and positivity. Thanks Alex.As a follow up, so I am amazed when I have given up on humanity, this man went even further with his customer satisfaction and helped even more after we were long gone from the bank. I hope to see him in a branch manager position before too long because he actually cares about the customer. Unbelievable.Thanks Alex, you da f ing man!

Try to get a secure loan took 3 days no one was even called me to keep me in the know got two email saying underwriters had heavy work load give them until lunch time. Poor customer service never had the common courtesy to email me or call back to say what had happen. I definitely cant encourage anyone to join that bank base on my first and last experience.

I needed to open a business account and merge my personal accounts online where I could view everything at one time. In a day where we all want things immediately, Nedra set the expectation that it may take a few days. She called me on a Saturday to help me move some money since the transition hadn't happened just yet. She knew I needed the money in my personal and made that happen on the weekend. She also called me the following week to confirm the transition of being able to see all my accounts in one spot online. Honestly, I was blown away with that level of service. Very impressed.

Some tellers are great but it's hit or miss. The ATM must be from 80's it's so slow. However, once you have the basics, banking is all about customer service. That's why this branch gets 2 stars from me. If they trim the dead weight and focus on what the customer needs, this could be a good branch to bank at again.

I don't think it will do much good to write a review on a Corporation, but I am going to anyways. This bank sends me out an app for a credit card. I go into the bank to have the employee sign me up. I am not approved because they cannot "verify" me. I have a driver's license and have been w/Sun Trust for about ten years. Apparently, that is not enough loyalty for Sun Trust. Ms. Bailey was not a nice person. First, after I was turned down, she would not allow me to talk and explain my situation. She continued to overtalk me and would not let me "vent." Secondly, when someone is upset, do NOT tell the person to "have a nice day." I walked away upset about the whole situation. When someone is upset, you don't add insult to injury.
