I came in to cash some savings bonds. I didn’t have a Truist account. Alex was very friendly and was able to get it done in a quick and efficient manner. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this location for banking needs. It was a very welcoming environment.

Some tellers are great but it's hit or miss. The ATM must be from 80's it's so slow. However, once you have the basics, banking is all about customer service. That's why this branch gets 2 stars from me. If they trim the dead weight and focus on what the customer needs, this could be a good branch to bank at again.
