STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a chair through them and have been unable to get ahold of anyone at this company. I call the phone number on the order confirmation and it tells me to “call back during normal business hours,” however I am calling during business hours. I’ve left numerous messages with the online chat and sent emails. Ive received no reply. Don’t fall for the good pricing and take your money elsewhere.Also note that the bad reviews are suppressed on the sleep galleria website. I write a one star review and it didn’t show up. You’ll notice that the first 20 pages of reviews are all 5 star.

Delivery was late by an order of 3.It did not include the hardware to connect the headboard to the frame.Also, it only came with one set of 12" legs, which for us, was too long.After nine months of trying to get the missing/replacement parts through the store I finally went directly to the manufacturer and PAID for the correct size legs and the headboard connection kit.I suggest avoiding Sleep Galleria.

Do not waste your time doing business here. I ordered my Tempurpedic luxebreeze back in August and was promised 0% interest for 36 months. At the end of August a pro breeze was delivered instead of the luxebreeze. I notified the store the day it was delivered and they told me there was an ordering mix up and that they were going to order my luxebreeze with there being a high chance of it taking about month for it to arrive. I agreed and said it wouldn’t be a problem. On top of this, my account posted the amount for a Luxebreeze including a 9.99% interest. I again contacted both the creditor and Sleep Galleria and finally after two months, now October, they were able to get my account to the promised 0% for 36 months. Over the course of these two months of dealing with the incorrect billing and still not receiving the correct mattress, I had spoken with 5 different employees, including one working at the Acworth location from a different store. These discussions were a mix of over the phone and in store. My problems were only able to be resolved once I came into the store and the manager happened to be there instead of a normal employee. He was able to handle all my issues and also took money off my total bill to reflect the ProBreeze pricing instead but still promised he would get my LuxBreeze mattress for all the trouble I’ve been through. Fast forward to now in November and I still hadn’t heard anything. I went into the store after work only to be greeted by faces I had never seen before. I asked about the order status of my mattress and was told that it was already ordered. Once I tried explaining my situation I was told “has nobody called you?”, which is something you never want to hear after months of issues with a company. It was at this point they told me that Tempurpedic is no longer a vendor for their store and that my only options at this point were to either keep the bed or wait until early next year to exchange my mattress for one of their other in store options with a likely chance of some money back, approximately $500 for one of the options I saw in store. So long story short is I now am the proud owner of a bed I did not order and have went from a 795 credit score to a 693 all for nothing. A side note I wanted to add that I found funny was the one guy that was able to actually help me, who was quite an awesome manager, apparently was no longer with the company from what the new faces told me. I don’t know if that means he left or they fired him, but I hope he is doing well. Lastly to the gentleman I spoke with at the store, assuming you’re one of the owners or regional managers for Sleep Galleria; when your staff has blundered a customers order this bad for over four months the last thing I want to hear is how Mattress Firm is trying to hurt the smaller businesses with this merger between Tempurpedic. Please do not take the companies careless mistakes and place blame on your competitor. My issue should have been resolved months ago. The right thing to do would to get me the correct mattress but if that is no longer an option then so be it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a mattress from them. Supposed to take 10-14 days. I never got any updates and the mattress never showed up. I started reaching out to them and every time I did it was one excuse after another. I probably talked to a dozen different people and they always tried to push me off on someone who wasn’t even there. Going on 30 days I just started calling everyday twice a day until a salesman told me “look I’m going to be honest, your mattress isn’t coming anytime soon.” He wanted to give me a special “upgrade” on a different mattress. I said no and that I wanted a refund. They said it would take 5 days to process the refund. Well guess what? It’s been 5 days and my $3k still hasn’t made its way back to me. I pretty much just loaned them a bunch of money and got no interest for it.

We purchased a Cozzia CZ-716 massage chair. We also included white glove delivery. Unfortunately, the guys were not very knowledgeable and I ended up calling Sleep Galleria's customer service. Let me tell you, this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Emily was a treasure. she answered all my questions and concerns very patiently and took immediate action. We are so very happy that we bought the massage chair from Sleep Galleria. Having read several reviews from other companies, Sleep Galleria is the absolute best and we will recommend them to all of our friends and family. We have never even been inside the store!!So...long story short: If you need a massage chair definitely consider Sleep Galleria. If you need assistance, please call Emily at their customer service. She is just made for the job.Thank you again Emily!!

Tate Newicki helped us find our mattress and pillow. Our experience was great and he was very friendly, answering all our questions. 10/10 would highly recommend if you’re looking for a mattress or pillow.

Just received my Osaki os 4000 massage chair 2 days ago. After comparing features, price, etc, and some expert assistance from 2 very knowledgeable employees, I found this model best for my needs. Let me compliment Tate Nowicki and David Youngblood for their professionalism and knowledge (also their patience) in explaining features and answering any and all questions I asked. The chair is fantastic, albeit a bit complicated in operating some of the features. On the down side, the delivery process could use some streamlining. Tracking info would would be nice. Other than that, I highly recommend both this chair and the excellent staff at Sleep Galleria.

I put a large order (#18956) into #sleepgalleria , but they had no stock of that item, so I asked for a refund. Fast forward 6 weeks later, several emails, multiple calls, and many attempts at their chat option and I still cannot get a refund. I get no reply to email or chat and I stay on hold until their system kicks me off the phone. #SCAM!!

The buying experience for my new mattress was exceptional! From the moment I began to instant chat with David Youngblood, to a follow up phone call, and then later text, every question was answered with detail and thoroughness. I was able to call in and talk directly with David on some additional questions I had post purchase, and that was so nice to have that consistent communication with the person I directly ordered from. Transparent pricing, knowledge of payment options (0% financing), warranty and delivery details were thoroughly explained. This was literally the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. The perks of buying with this business were better than buying directly from the manufacturer and trust me I called and checked! 5 stars!

In the summer of 2022, I was looking for a specific brand mattress, because I wanted a mattress that I had slept and felt comfortable on before. Well, Sleep Galleria was the only site that popped up and seemingly had it in stock. It let me put a down payment on the mattress and everything. I was contacted by customer service TWO DAYS LATER, stating they did not have the mattress advertised in stock. They offered a different alternative. I was not satisfied with the other options provided, so I canceled my order completely. This company has the nerve to still be trying to charge me for a product I have never received because THEY did not have it in stock. Eventually, the balance was sent to collections & I have disputed this twice with the debt collector agency and twice with the 3rd party credit company and they all were denied. The excuse was because I did not meet the 24 hour cancellation window.This is unacceptable and makes no sense whatsoever. Why am I being forced to pay for a product I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK?!!! $891 to be exact. I have been dealing with this issue since September of 2022.-0/10. I do not recommend this company. I will never shop here again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.Unfortunately, I was trying to get this rectified through phone calls and emails, but it hasn’t worked thus far. So things have to be escalated.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Sleep Galleria in Acworth Ga.! David, the sales manger was amazing! Dennis the salesman was also amazing. They both were very friendly, kind and helpful with the knowledge of all the products offered. They both also were very patient with me of deciding and choosing the right mattress! We left Sleep Galleria happy and please!
