STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Ordered mattress on 02/21/2024. $3,025.42. It is now 04/11/2024, I have no mattress, no tracking number, no email response, no chat response, no phone call answers or returns. Me and my bank are fighting to get my money back.. Sucks

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a chair through them and have been unable to get ahold of anyone at this company. I call the phone number on the order confirmation and it tells me to “call back during normal business hours,” however I am calling during business hours. I’ve left numerous messages with the online chat and sent emails. Ive received no reply. Don’t fall for the good pricing and take your money elsewhere.Also note that the bad reviews are suppressed on the sleep galleria website. I write a one star review and it didn’t show up. You’ll notice that the first 20 pages of reviews are all 5 star.

BEWARE when ordering from this business! I ordered a massage chair over a month ago and still haven't received it or even gotten an update about it! I was told I would have it delivered from 7-10 business days, and that came and gone. Then I was told the first employee who told me that was mistaken and that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks! Well after that period of time still nothing...called back, was promised I'd have it by the 3rd week and no later than the 4th week, and again still nothing. So now I'm trying to cancel my order...and to my surprise they are not email me back or answering any of my phone calls anymore! Definitely beware of ordering anything from them!!! Sure seems like they are scammers!!

The store replaced the mattress that came broken and the tempur pedic base after much complaints. But they would not provide a new receipt to help with warranty for the replacements for future contingencies with Tempur pedic or mattress

sleep galleria filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in october 2023 and never told me about their filing until now (february 2024). i asked for their help before the bankruptcy filing and they ripped me off. never buy any products from this store! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they do not honor their guarantee!!!!!!!. they provided me with the wrong information about my svago chair and would not return or refund my money, nor would they exchange my chair for the correct chair.

Zero Stars isn't low enough...I ordered on January 30th with an Express Delivery promise..HA! Laughable. My mattress was supposed to be delivered no later than February 16th and here I am, still waiting to hear back from the countless emails and calls I have made to Emily "Customer Service Supervisor" who likes to give generic answers. The delivery company doesn't even have any info with the "tracking number" that I got from Sleep Galleria. This company is awful and should continue with the bankruptcy they filed last year. They conveniently never mention you only have 72 hours to cancel, even though they know it will take over a month to hear anything or nothing at all. This company should be ashamed of themselves for such horrible customer service. Why do you sell things if the product is not even coming from your warehouse? So you don't have to take blame? or to pass off the complaints and fault to someone else? Not everyone has money to burn, but as long as Sleep Gallerias pockets are lined, I guess that is all they care about. I have put in a dispute with my form of purchase, which might be the only way i see resolution. AWFUL, AWFUL Company...Emily is NOOOO help and doesn't know what Customer Service means.

AVOID, AVOID, and then AVOID Sleep Galleria. Falsly advertised an Stearns and Foster mattress as cooling. Sleep Galleria basically blamed Stearns and Foster and told me to take up my issues with the mattress with the manufacturer. Shody customer service is putting it lightly. AVOID

They delivered the wrong chair. I ordered and paid for a supreme but was delivered performance. In addition their white glove installation didn't install chair properly. I have been talking to their customer support with no success. They keep saying the correction will be made. they been promising this for three weeks and nothing happens. no offer of refund. difference in price is over $800.

This was the first place we came to start our mattress hunting adventure. Our salesmen, Tate Nowicki, made the process smooth and easy. He was knowledgeable about everything we asked and gave us space to check out each model. No hovering or pressure to purchase anything.

Delivery was late by an order of 3.It did not include the hardware to connect the headboard to the frame.Also, it only came with one set of 12" legs, which for us, was too long.After nine months of trying to get the missing/replacement parts through the store I finally went directly to the manufacturer and PAID for the correct size legs and the headboard connection kit.I suggest avoiding Sleep Galleria.

Do not waste your time doing business here. I ordered my Tempurpedic luxebreeze back in August and was promised 0% interest for 36 months. At the end of August a pro breeze was delivered instead of the luxebreeze. I notified the store the day it was delivered and they told me there was an ordering mix up and that they were going to order my luxebreeze with there being a high chance of it taking about month for it to arrive. I agreed and said it wouldn’t be a problem. On top of this, my account posted the amount for a Luxebreeze including a 9.99% interest. I again contacted both the creditor and Sleep Galleria and finally after two months, now October, they were able to get my account to the promised 0% for 36 months. Over the course of these two months of dealing with the incorrect billing and still not receiving the correct mattress, I had spoken with 5 different employees, including one working at the Acworth location from a different store. These discussions were a mix of over the phone and in store. My problems were only able to be resolved once I came into the store and the manager happened to be there instead of a normal employee. He was able to handle all my issues and also took money off my total bill to reflect the ProBreeze pricing instead but still promised he would get my LuxBreeze mattress for all the trouble I’ve been through. Fast forward to now in November and I still hadn’t heard anything. I went into the store after work only to be greeted by faces I had never seen before. I asked about the order status of my mattress and was told that it was already ordered. Once I tried explaining my situation I was told “has nobody called you?”, which is something you never want to hear after months of issues with a company. It was at this point they told me that Tempurpedic is no longer a vendor for their store and that my only options at this point were to either keep the bed or wait until early next year to exchange my mattress for one of their other in store options with a likely chance of some money back, approximately $500 for one of the options I saw in store. So long story short is I now am the proud owner of a bed I did not order and have went from a 795 credit score to a 693 all for nothing. A side note I wanted to add that I found funny was the one guy that was able to actually help me, who was quite an awesome manager, apparently was no longer with the company from what the new faces told me. I don’t know if that means he left or they fired him, but I hope he is doing well. Lastly to the gentleman I spoke with at the store, assuming you’re one of the owners or regional managers for Sleep Galleria; when your staff has blundered a customers order this bad for over four months the last thing I want to hear is how Mattress Firm is trying to hurt the smaller businesses with this merger between Tempurpedic. Please do not take the companies careless mistakes and place blame on your competitor. My issue should have been resolved months ago. The right thing to do would to get me the correct mattress but if that is no longer an option then so be it.

Unreliable company. Bought Massage Chair and called them to return within 2 weeks since it has serious issues. It's been months and no return or refund done. Nothing is true on what website says. Ripped off. DON"T BUY on this website.
