I have generally had good experiences at this location until today. I asked my son to pickup a gallon of Kilz primer while he was out yesterday and since he wasn't close to a Home Depot or Lowes he stopped by this Sherwin Williams location. The salesman told him they did not carry Kilz but talked him into buying a gallon of primer for $60. When my son got home I told him that was too much and that I would return it in the morning. This morning I went the to the same Store he purchased it from, Bells Ferry Rd., with the unopened gallon of primer and the receipt. I was told by the store manager, Chris Bautista, that there was nothing he could do for me without the original card. He did not offer any other solutions such as store credit but simply kept repeating that he needed the original card. I had to drive 45 minutes round trip to retrieve the card and return to the store for a refund. Their payment system is horrible. Most other businesses have the ability to refund back to the original payment method without a card present, not Sherwin Williams. The store manager lacks training and customer service skills to come up with alternative solutions for situations like this. Chris Bautista also refused to give me his boss's contact info so I feel this is really the only platform I have for airing my complaint since he is the store manager. Sherwin Williams is such a big company my little complaint here won't mean anything to them, but I hope this review may help save another customer time by having their original payment method with them if they plan on returning something. End rant.

Christian is great! Christian Helped me out with the paint accessories. He also educated me on paint brushes and the qualities of the paint rollers. I’ve really never painted before. Christian took his time to assist me! This is the first time I’m really shopping at Sherwin Williams and picking up physical paint. I’m done shopping at the big box stores. Now that I know I can get knowledgeable friendly people for high quality paint. I will be back for more paint!

Without a doubt, this Sherwin-WIlliams store is the best place to buy paint or seek help when you have a problem or special need. The staff is exceptional for service and always willing to help when you need it. They are the best at color matching and providing advice when you have a specific need. Keep up the great work!

Slow service. I realize that covid has effected that, and I am a patient person. To not even acknowledge me for over 20 minutes as I'm clearly standing in line, was unacceptable. At least greet your customers. If you are short staffed, put a note on the door letting your customers know. But again, you can still greet them. Also, don't answer three phone calls and take care of those customers while you have other people who have been standing in line. You need to handle your customers as close to the order that they either called or came in to the store.
