My dog was returned to me without his belongings (food, collar, leash, food trays). I contacted the owner and she said I can pick his stuff up the next day. She then states that I cannot pick his stuff up and that I have to wait another day to pick his stuff up. She then attempts to argue with me on why she cannot give me my items the day that we agreed. She tells me her personal information and her employees personal health information. The owner also contacted my family member (who helped me board my dog) to complain about me. My dog had scratches on his ear and unusual, loose bowel movement. She sends videos and act like he was enjoying himself but he lost weight and was not himself when I picked him up. She left my stuff outside by a pole at 9pm and told me to pick out what’s mine and leave the rest. She is also one of the people below who wrote a review about her own company. Be aware!

Awesome place to send your pet if you have to travel, it’s good to know your cat/dog have a place that is trustworthy and just like they are home. I truly recommend this spot to anyone.

Our boys are whooped from their week stay at S&M. They have been snoring since we got home! They the one that hates his kennel the most actually went in there when we got home. Which is how I know they did nothing but plays! I love that they were not stuck in kennels while we played at Disney! A lot of boarding places leave our babies confined all day with a few potty breaks. Thank you!

Our first time here with our furbaby Oliver. He is a 6 year old red/white parti-cocker who has sensitive skin under all that fur. I was skeptical because we had used the same groomer for 5 years before we moved to Georgia, but I am very happy with his grooming. I only gave 4 stars due to his foot pads not being done because of clipper issues. BUT, we were given a discount because of that. He went in shaggy/smelly and came out smelling wonderful and no razor burns to his skin. We will definitely take him back to this groomer!!!! Thanks for taking such good care of my guy!
