Con artist's work here. I traded in a diamond ring we paid 2 grand for from a reputable dealer for a ring Rudy's had on sale for 4 grand. So they dropped it to 3500 and we traded my ring and got this ring for almost 5,000 total. 3 weeks ago I took the same ring up to Rudy's and they valued my same exact ring for 320.00 dollars for my ring and my bad. Lol please run away as fast as possible. How these scum bags have such high ratings must also be a scam. I will tell the world to never ever go anywhere near this dump. I have receipts to show everything. Shame on you and your staff for robbing people of the money they work so hard to get. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

You can't get better service from a jewelry store than going to Rudi's. My mom surprised me with a gold bracelet for Christmas. The top bracelet was from the year prior but both pieces were purchased from Rudi's Fine Jewelry. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and a welcome as if you are apart of the family. The selection of jewelry is a girls' dream, after all Diamonds are a girl's best friend. I will definitely be back year after year to add to my collection. The quality and value is wonderful, and the service even better. It was a nice Christmas shopping experience and the security of an officer in the building was an added comfort due to the crazy world we live in today.

I am very much disappointed with the quality of service. I brought my white gold Diamond ring to the store to have it resized and it changed color. It was yellowish color after. They want to charge me ADDITIONAL $125 to fix it back to its original color. Please be very careful taking your Diamond rings or any jewelries to the store.

Very disappointed in this company!!!! The blond woman who works the counter is very nice! BUT - my man gave me an engagement ring but did not (of course) tell me what it was worth or give me an appraisal so I took it into this shop which I have done business with before and asked them to tell me what the ring was worth. The owner of the company said "between $1,000 and $1,500". I was kind of upset that my man would give me such an inexpensive ring that I almost gave it back to him but she convinced me not to do that. I took it to an appraisal service and got back a 6 page report on that ring yesterday and was shocked to learn the actual value was 6X more that what they quoted! Now I wonder if they ripped me off on the things that I have purchased and had repaired with them. Never again will I use this jewelry shop!

I have no idea where these people get good reviews. I took my watch in for a battery,which they charge big for to start with. They took my watch to the back to replace the battery only to come back to tell me that the new battery wouldn't fix it, and that I need a major cleaning (around $130) to fix it. More than I paid for the watch. I took it to a "REAL" honest jeweler for a second opinion. Rudi not only kept my battery, but also messed up the coil while removing the battery! The honest jeweler not only fixed the coil (after showing me the damage), but cleaned and repaired the watch AND replaced the battery for $10!!!!! What a con!
