It started off with a little warehouse mix up and may end with a long-term business relationship.We ordered two handheld electrostatic sprayers and expedited shipping from Reliable Paper because we needed them for a job just days away...Reliable had a mix up in the warehouse and sent us the wrong products on accident. I freaked thinking we got scammed and that I would be able to deliver services for the job days later. Got a call from the COO of Reliable minutes after I leave a heated message for them and he reassures me he's got it for action and will fix the situation ASAP.Lo and behold, he expedites two of the sprayers from a local warehouse, covers all the shipping costs, and truly saves the day for us. Although we're geographically separated, we will be evaluating if it makes sense for us to form a long-term supplier relationship with Reliable due to this success story alone.If they had our back as unknown customers from Amazon, they'll have our back and then some as long-term customers. 10/10 recommend this company and their leadership!
