I completely understand the short staffing in the Gas Station industry. I’ve ran my fair share, however, a 24/7 gas station closed On Labor Day weekend Saturday night I drove 5 miles out of my way to go to that particular store. I walk up to the door and apparently they’re closed till 5:30 AM. I arrived at 10:30Pm

I come to this Racetrac religiously as a rideshare driver. Tonight, however, I decided to drive late...and it's closed? It says on here that it's 24hrs, and EVERY Racetrac I've ever been to is 24hrs, so I'm a little bummed that I have less than a quarter tank of gas and have to find somewhere else to fuel up. I'd pay at the pump, but I need my Racetrac Rewards points. This is my favorite location *sob* but here's to hoping the one on 92 is actually 24hrs

Refuses to make food to-go and on Dash orders. Just ignores the orders lazily. High quality individuals for sure.

Arrived at 4:50am to get coffee and the doors are locked. Here it is 5am now and Multiple customers arriving for coffee and gas. The gentleman behind the counter acknowledged us but refused to open doors. So much for 24hr service.

Advertising as 24hrs. Yet the door is always locked with this guy. Currently 4:51 am, Door still locked. The guy won’t even open the door to get the papers out the rain. I have watched several ppl who have walked to the locked racetrack. Won’t hang a sign. If short staff a note, anything. Just walks back and forth leaving customers in the rain with locked door.

Two employees both on front registers only allowing customers to form one line on a busy morning mind you line is already forming to the middle of the store blocking aisles. I try to express my concerns to the employee name trey all I get back is arguments, at that point I just wanted to pay for my item asked if they had cash back because I needed change for my hotel laundry mat and leave. After I asked for cash back trey said no and if I “had a problem with that too” this is very unacceptable the manger is as also present at the time and stood there and did nothing about it

I live there for 25 years and when I stopped at this racetrack last night after traveling 8 hours I stopped there to get gas which they were 20 cents higher than everybody else and when I got to the front door they were just closing they were still people inside and all I needed to do was go inside and use the bathroom quick and the blonde headed manager was so rude and hateful she would not let me use the bathroom so we stopped pumping our gas and we went up the road to somebody else where the gas was $0.20 cheaper at the loves truck stop so I will never stop at the store ever again and I will never give them a dime for gas or anything else and that hateful hag of a manager is very rude and hateful and one of these days she's going to need to use the bathroom and somebody's going to show give her a taste of her own medicine that's why this world sucks is because of people like her

Nice workers. Rush in to use it and guy attempted to stop me from going to restroom because tissue out...I continued not caring I had to use it bad. Pizza looks good get 2 slices..pump not working well for prepay.
