Posting this a few months later but this Publix’s bakery is absolutely SPECTACULAR. I went to multiple different publix’s seeing if they could make a specific custom birthday cake for my fiance who is a pilot, i had explained that I have my own mini planes that I would put on the cake as I had asked many other bakeries just to decorate a cake line a plane runway, but no other publix understood or would attempt what I was looking for. This publix, especially the sweet manager/department head lady at the bakery, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting birthday cakes or event cakes from this location!!! (The writing on the cake is messed up from the car ride home, not the bakery’s fault!!!)

We have placed multiple mobile orders for their deli & have never had a good experience but I’ve always given another chance just incase they were having an off day. I’m also not one for public reviews. But today our order place at 11:30, was suppose to be ready at 12. I get it is a holiday & places are busy but that’s why we made an online order. We waited 45 minutes and for nothing. We got multiple people’s attention, including managers & all they said was “I don’t know what you want me to do” or “aw man we’ll get on that”. They took every in person order before even looking at our ticket and being rude the entire time. We ended up just walking out & not even getting our food after waiting all that time because even after almost an hour, they continued to make other orders.

Unfortunately, Publix is no longer a pleasure to shop at. The company has lost their minds with pricing. A bag of chips is $5.29? It is actually cheaper to shop at Whole Foods & Sprouts than to attempt to convince yourself this is okay. With all the studies showing the price increases are just due to greed, I hope other people start to wake up and refuse to pay these absolute ludicrous prices.

Usually I have great service at Publix. But yesterday I went to the pharmacy right before they closed and the young lady who so rude. She was so annoyed that she had to help me. I would have preferred her to just say that they were closed and I would have gladly come back the next day and received the customer service that Publix advertises.
