Local employee who typically enjoys a pub sub... But the headache is too much. Online orders = not ready to pickup. In person ordering = line to wait & language barriers. I end up wasting half my lunch break getting frustrated most of the time. I've brought these issues to the attention of 3 different managers with no change. I will be taking my limited lunch breaks elsewhere.

Toni in the deli is phenomenal. She is extremely helpful and very customer service oriented.

Ordered a whole sub online, got there 40 mins later and only received a half and then the guy behind the counter had an attitude about it and refused to remake the sandwich. The girl stepped in and remade the sandwich but also by this time they was out of the 5 grain bread when getting the new sandwich. The girl working the deli was amazing! The guy just stood there with his arms crossed and watched while she made the sandwich! She had patience and a great attitude! The guy on the other hand had horrible customer Service skills!
