I ordered a custom cake. When I went to make the order, the lady who took it was a bit rude to me, didn’t seem like she wanted to do it at all. I understand needing some adjustments to make it something you can do. But we settled on what I wanted. I made a reference and everything. I pick it up, it’s not the end of the world bad. But I am disappointed and frankly a bit upset. I didn’t have time to deal with the situation or get a new cake, so I just took what I got. But the colors were not correct, which I could be fine with if it was just a matching problem with frosting. I don’t mind, but when I ask the words be pink and dots be white, why are both of them yellow? I designed this simple cake to be cohesive in color and design while executing the idea I had. I picked the colors and where they went for good reason. But the colors were either just wrong, changed, or switched places. The zebra print I requested that they said they could do doesn’t look anything like zebra print, it’s just random lines. The words aren’t even straight or spaced evenly. It looks like you ran out of room. I tried to be okay with it but I am simply angry and frustrated and I don’t believe I will ever come here for a cake again. I wish I’d went somewhere I had experience with. 2 stars since the other staff were kind, I appreciate the glitter they added, and I actually got what I asked for, even if poorly executed, cause the original woman made me wonder if I even would

Brian in the deli made my day! He was very patient and was multitasking, he was making my sandwich, a speciality , doing online orders, getting other people dub done… making it look so easy! I I’m so thankful for him. His energy was off the chain. Do something nice for him. He went over And beyond! You don’t find those types of employees anymore. He seems to love what he does… that’s rare. Thanks again Brian!!

A guy in the deli dept told me he didn't have time to make a sandwich for me cause he was doing call in orders. Which I thought those was orders that they work in in between making chsto.wrs sandwiches that are inside the store. Very unprofessional
