I’ve always had a pretty good experience till this morning. A very rude staff member not only spoke to me aggressively, she also insinuated the doctors office/prescriber did something wrong and put her safety at risk. I informed my doctor of how I was treated from the pharmacist at this location. The bare minimum of speaking to customers respectfully would’ve been nice. Please stop letting this neanderthal answer the phone.

Every time I visit here for my prescriptions the Staff is very friendly. Some days are quicker than others, welcome to any business, for filling prescriptions but they always inform me of the wait times.

We went to the deli yesterday for two subs. There was one very, very slow woman making them. Oldest man slow like on the the Carol Burnette Show slow. Wish I was kidding. Arrived at 2:40. Didn’t get our subs till 3:15. Employees meandering about. Talking. Some among themselves. Her to some of them. Finally, others came to help. Too little too late. Horrible experience. Never going there for a Pub Sub again.

I am not sure what the hell is going on in the deli. Two weeks in a row I ordered subs on the app to have them ready when I pass the store on way to work. Both times the sandwiches were NOT ready in the 35 mins that the ap stated. OVER 1 HOUR to make the sandwiches. And not to mention other people also waiting. The Associates were making sandwiches for walk-ins over the order ahead people. What's the sense of having an app if you aren't going to properly use it. Also last night when I got the sandwiches home. one of them was incorrect, the other had plastic wrap from the meat case in the sandwich between the bread!!! Unbelievable !!

The Kroger across the street actually sent us away, saying they were behind.... And it would take "at least a day" to fill our prescription. Went to Publix, and they helped immediately! They were so friendly. We found our new pharmacy. Robin is the best! Best pharmacy in the area by far!!!

We. have known Chris, the pharmacist, for years. It would be impossible to find a better pharmacist, or equally as important, a more caring and kind person!

Very slow on filling prescriptions. On my second day wait for them to be filled. Was told that they were busy. Don't like having to constantly call to get an accurate update on my prescriptions either. Very unimpressed since moving my prescriptions to this location.

Pharmacy staff is unprofessional and unable to keep up with prescriptions. After coming in to pick up prescriptions an hour after called in I was told they were not ready and it would be at least an hour. I came back 2 hours later and they were still not ready. 25 minutes after my second trip they found time to prepare the prescriptions. This is an unacceptable practice in general, but more so considering these were for a child. It is shameful to run a pharmacy in this manner with so little consideration to customers.

Pharmacy inadequately staffed during a busy evening rush. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Then was placed in another line for another 40 minutes. Two different employees came to me for doctor's name. I was asked private medical and identification information in close proximity of other stranger's hearing. After another 20 minutes I left. The staff was doing their best, but management has them working and filling medication orders under dangerous and stressful conditions. Take your prescriptions to a pharmacy that respects privacy and is not using a stressed and anxious staff to handle prescriptions.

Not greeted at the deli, the lady tossed my popcorn chicken at me and the other girl filling the chicken case was literally throwing the fresh fried chicken into the containers! The ast grocery mgr when leaving pushed his cart to the corral but didn't make sure it made it in safely(which it didn't, the wind easily could have pulled it out and into the lot) it's just not a good look when your associates don't care. Called the pharmacy after getting out of the emergency room to check and see if they could fill a prescription. Spoke to the pharmacist and he refused to let me know if they could fill the prescription. His answer was “just come and and we will see if we can fill itâ€. TERRIBLE customer service. Won't shop here again. I can go to Kroger across the street
