Do not use this business!! Especially for alterations. Tells you things are “too hard” and they will not do “complicated” alterations when the alteration is a typical task for a seamstress. Also does not have seamstress in house, which is very unhelpful for needed alterations. Go somewhere else and save your time!

Oh no…been coming for a long time. Used to be great, now it’s gone downhill. Messed up alterations w/no solution to compromise. Requested owner phone call or Mgr, but that got shut down. Out the money & now going elsewhere to get it fixed. Will NOT be coming back.

Not sure why this place isn't rated higher. I have been going here for 4 years for my dry cleaning of my work clothes. Never once had a bad experience. Everyone that has worked there has always been kind and professional. I moved to Holly Springs over a year ago but I still make the 30 minute drive to go here every week. Highly recommend!

I have used several dry cleaners in the. past This is the first that hasn't broken buttons on good shirts or mysteriously lost my items. I have yet to have one bad experience.

Not a very professional place to do business with. They do make mistakes, which can happen at anyplace, and will charge you a full price service to have their mistake fixed. It’s really not worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought a suit jacket in to be dry cleaned and when I got it back, there was a hole in the back. When I brought the jacket back to ask what happened, I was told, “It was MY problem, not theirs”. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told I would have to pay. This place would rather lose a customer than pay a few extra $$$ to fix THEIR problem. Don’t ever use this over priced place, they are not honest people!

Worst cleaners ever! Do not recommend. Dropped my comforter off there and they lost it!! They called me back 3 weeks later saying that someone returned it but they refused to clean it again and charged me full price. Ridiculous, and will not go back!

Says they open at 7am however my husband took shirts & got there at 7:10am & no one there!! Tried calling several times & going on 8:30am. No answer!! Not good business!! If you're not going to open when you say, then don't post your hours!

Just moved to the area and the customer service was poor, average cleaning and overpriced.
