“I visited the Carterville post office to obtain passports for my children and myself. As soon as we entered, the customer service was exceptional. Miss Patricia, who assisted us, was especially helpful, going the extra mile when I encountered a minor problem with my passport application. The entire staff was amiable and hospitable. Although I don't reside in Carterville, it's an excellent choice for postal services and passport processing. My thanks to Miss Patricia and all the staff present on January 19, 2024, around 11 AM.”

“This is a great location. I observed a customer that came in mad and looking for a problem, testing three of the employees and he wanted them to call the cops over a very minor matter. I understand people are stressed out here and he was totally out of line.the employees handled it with excellence. This is one of the best United States Postal Service locations that I’ve ever been to. I’m thankful I live in Kennesaw and frequent this place.”
