Waited for 40 minutes. Guy said he gave me extra tenders for wait when in reality they didn't even give me the amount I ordered. People behind me honking horns. People getting out of cars. Ridiculous. It's 8:30 at night. They àlways do this stuff. Chicken hardly looks even cooked!!! All I ordered was 3 tenders. They weren't even busy when I pulled up. And the 40 minutes is a generous estimate. And I was very polite to them about the wait. After 20 minutes at window they came out to say they didn't forget me and I said it's fine.

There is no organization. I waited in the drive thru line to then be told that they’re not taking drive through orders at that time. No sign no cone to prevent drivers from pulling up and having to wait in a line they can’t even get food from. I go inside and it’s no better. More people who I presume came inside after attempting to go through drive through. I waited in line for another 10 minutes with no orders taken inside either. If you aren’t taking orders for walk ins only how do you not have time to take even place the orders. The guy who was suppose to take the orders did greet us and told us he would be with us soon but it just seems like there was defeat from all the staff and they no longer cared. At that point just shut down the store and don’t waste peoples time.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes no one took my order. Drove up to the window, no one acknowledged me. I have never experienced this at any fast food restaurant

Would you say that a line of two cars ahead of you constituted a restaurant being "Busy"? - Busy enough to warrant having to wait 30 minutes to get your food after you place your order, after waiting 10 minutes just to get to the intercom?I used to work in Fast Food and in the Drive-Thru no less, so I tend to cut workers a lot of slack, knowing and understanding their struggle. But the service here was unacceptable. The store looks incredibly understaffed, but even then, the employees seem so disorganized and disinterested like they have no oversight. This isn't a "needs new management" situation; it's a "needs ACTUAL management" situation. A 40 minute long drive-through interaction would not be tolerated at any other business. After waiting at the window for nearly 9 minutes, I was told to pull into the parking space and waited the remaining 21 minutes for my food. It was on the half-hour that I decided to go inside and retrieve my food myself - where my order had "conveniently just finished" as I walked in. I'm sure...I knew there was a reason why I believed Popeyes was overrated, glad to be reminded of it.

Ordered one chicken sandwich about 3pm. It was fantastic, but it took 20 minutes to get it (one chicken sandwich) after going through the drive-thru, and then eventually going inside to get it because they never brought it out.

This locations service has declined so much since opening. I’m not sure if the staff is underpaid or if there just any structure. I placed an order for3 piece dark (received 2 breast and a wing)BBQ Chicken wings (the new ones) ( they were so dry and barely had any sauce .A 3 count of biscuits (never received)Aside from me being asked to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready yet, the food was old ! I should’ve checked it in the car. I assumed that it would be fresh because the had me pull forward. Very disappointed in the decline of this location. It could do so well.

Went to get lunch, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my order taken with one car in front of me, finally give my order and I'm asked to pull into a parking space to wait for my food, which happens sometimes and I don't mind. 15 Minutes later someone asks me what I had, I tell them and wait again until I finally walk inside to ask for my food,while the drive thru cashier is on her cellphone- my food had been sitting there the whole time. No one cared or even began to apologize. Need new employees.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for almost a year now, throughout my time I’ve had bad experiences and wonderful experiences, but the one person who kept me coming back was a young man, he would continue to give me great service no matter how busy he is, he’s always apologized for any inconvenience and not only that I’ve seen this young man grow and become a manager, because of health reasons I am not able to eat fast food anymore but my last time eating there I had to ask his name, Eliot is what he said, he’s nothing but a blessing, while the store wasn’t the best for me, he’s the reason I continued to come in,

Wife made an order online at 5:25pm and pickup time was for 6:05. Ordered only chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese, 2 orders of fries. Walked in right at 6:05 place was slammed, only one dude working the front counter, multiple ppl came inside from drive thru missing items or wrong items. Finally got up to the counter at 6:20, they hadn’t started the order even though it was ordered nearly an hour ago & should’ve been ready 15 mins ago. No apologies, very unfriendly, not rude, just indifferent couldn’t care one way or the other. Finally got the food at 6:40, the kid just put the food on the counter, no eye contact, no communication just walked away. Been here once before long time ago and it was the same. I realize good help is hard to come by, but the management is scraping the barrel. New management, new staff needed all around. Will NEVER go back
