I went in today for plant advice and was blown away by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They truly care about the plant and helping me stay in budget too. I will be shopping here often and had to recommend them to others.

They are pricey but have a great variety and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to give knowledgeable advice. I can't remember the last time I left so satisfied and well treated.

I recently went to this Pike’s location this past Sunday and managed to catch up with Becky in the outdoor plant section. I showed her a picture of a clay planter that I have outside my front entrance and explained that this area gets hit with that hot afternoon full sun and I was interested in planting several plants in it. Becky thought briefly and then her creative mind was off to the races! In no time whatsoever she put together several great choices. I came home and did my best to copy her vision and (of course used Dr Earth potting soil) I am very pleased with the results. I’m looking forward to seeing how the plants look as they settle into the new environment and can’t wait! Thanks Becky for your help with this and I will have to track you down next time I want to put together something for my property.

Visited this place the other day. Their plants look so healthy with such a wide variety, and their staff are so well informed. They are so willing to help if you ask, but allow you to just enjoy your shopping experience exploring the nursery on your own until you need assistance.

We went to get our Christmas tree and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. They take care of the live trees and treat them with care when getting it ready for you to take home. I really appreciated everyone at Pike’s today!

Went here today for the first time. I wanted some simple stuff, herbs and potting soil but was looking for info on a garden I’m putting together. I found Courtney in the garden center outside and when I asked her questions she have such great information. She told me exactly what to do to make my soil work for me, what to mix in it for better drainage and was quick to give suggestions on plants. She’s a great asset to the store.I went to another local and much closer to home, nursery with the same questions this week and was told to “do my own research”. Horrible customer service. I will be happy to drive the extra distance for my gardening needs from here on out.
