I gave one Star and honestly, they were lucky to get that.... DO NOT take your car here for ANYTHING... I brought my car here for a tune-up, and they felt the need to swindle me into getting an oil change (which my oil should have been fine...) paying for a part that "they said" was broken, which didn't fix the problem that was really wrong with my car, which in turn has likely made my transmission worse. The man at the front desk that I spoke to did not return my calls back asking about my part in a Timely manner, and the technician that rotated my tires didn't even reset the tire sensors when he rotated them, I was told by the front desk person that they could "take care of that problem once my car part came in and they would simply take care of it then." I'm sorry, but that is terrible customer service, and they don't communicate well. I will NEVER be doing business with them again.

Diagnosed engine code for a random misfire. Cleaned fuel system, oil and filter change. Recommended spark plugs, but not needed yet. They did not clear the engine code and said it would itself. It hasn't yet. Recommended rear brakes which is odd because my brakes only have about 10,000 miles on them. That brought my review diwn from a 5 to a 4. Went elsewhere for a second opinion on brakes and they're still like new. Got them cleaned and lubricated (pins and springs) at another shop as preventive maintenance while they had them apart for inspection and it only cost $30. Otherwise, they did a great job with the fuek system and throttle job. My car has always been responsive (amazing for a slow 100hp car), but is now even more responsive and with less gas pedal travel than ever. Good job Pep Boys Cobb Parkway Acworth!

I’m currently standing at the service writers desk. We dropped our vehicle off this morning with a Thermostat code. Our 2020 GMC has had on time, routine maintenance since we purchased the vehicle. Troy and his techs first told us we needed tire service, air filter service, new hoses, new belts, and a thermostat replacement. Considering the vehicle was just serviced less than 6 months ago at a Chevy dealership and none of this was mentioned, as the car has beenProperly maintained since day 1, we opted to just have them replace the thermostat and and rotate the tires. They told us the vehicle would be done by 2:00. The called at 12:30 saying their work was done but that we would need to have it towed across the street because since it has been in there care the vehicle has gone into low power mode and now possibly has a coolant leak, and they prefer to have the Chevy dealership handle it. They are refusing to give us the keys until we pay them $1100 for a service they did on our car that we drove to them this Morning and have used daily for over 3 years, and since it has been in their care, now we have to have it towed out of here but cannot even do that until we pay $1100. I’m assuming the newLow power mode development happened when they removed they removed the intake gasket and possibly head gasket per the service writer and Assistant store manager.

Been here a good few times and service has always been phenomenal! Folks are upfront about what needs to be done with your vehicle and they get it done quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend if you need any work done for a good price and in a timely manner!

Purchased a battery at this location on 11/24. While driving in Atlanta traffic on 1/5, in the middle of a busy intersection, on a hill my car lost ALL power. I could not even open my door, put on the hazards. The car was dead. The police had to come and block the road off so that I did not get hit as I was clearly a hazard. The police towed the vehicle to Capital Cadillac and lo and behold, I was told that the positive terminal to the battery was over tightened when the battery was installed. I called PepBoys and was assured I would be reimbursed for the tow and the repair as it was clearly a result of their gross negligence. Capital Cadillac also provided a letter stating the same. Excuse after excuse and nothing. I could have lost my life that day being in the middle of rush hour Atlanta traffic with absolutely 0 power in my vehicle.

This is the first time I’ve use Pep Boys to service my tires. As a woman I felt very comfortable here and the customer service is awesome.

I went for an oil change and to have my battery inspected. The oil change was done and the battery was checked. Apparently, the mechanic checked the battery and I was told it was good. A week later my car sent another warning saying the battery was low. I had it checked out by Auto Zone and they confirmed that the battery was bad. For that reason, I give Pep Boys 3 stars. Other than that, the gentlemen at Pep Boys are nice. I will not be going back again!

We did business with our local Pep Boys. Recently moving to the area 8 months ago, we didn't know the go to place. After researching, and asking around, I called this location. From start to finish James, the manager of this location, surpassed any other experience that I had in tire shopping. From the time that I called until the transaction was complete, everything was perfect!! And, the best value around. Thank you James!
