I would like to thank Jason for all his help. I was in desperate need for a inner wheel seal on a Sunday for a Volvo VNL SEMI TRUCK for a new customer so he could make a special pick up in NC on Monday and Jason went above and beyond to help with part number so we could locate one, most all the people who work at this store are very helpful, thanks guys it means a lot.

The gentleman was very helpful with helping me find a battery for my jey fob and changed it for me. I also purchased some hub caps for my vehicle and was kind enough to put the new ones on my car. I just want to say if you are ever in need of help this is this place to go!

Recently had an incredible customer service at the oreilly auto parts store located at 5021 Altoona gateway, acworth, ga store. I was replacing a bad heater hose on my sons ford Ranger. The hose I ordered from ford turned out to not be correct. Not having the ability to order another hose, I headed to Oreillys. Walked into the store and was greeted by a young man by the name of "Grayson". I explained my situation to Grayson and willingness to pay whatever to find a solution. Grayson immediately began assembling the parts I needed. He however went above and beyond by actually assembling a complete hose. The sheer relief I felt knowing that I would be able to get the truck back on the road was tremendous. Grayson is an incredible asset, truly knowledgeable and his customer service should be acknowledged and rewarded. Chris Szeszko Cumming Georgia

Grayson and Jason stood in the cold weather when it was about to close and still helped me with my car battery when they didn’t have to and they were incredibly nice to me when they didn’t have to. I’m very grateful for their help and kindness towards me it really made my day.

Went in to test my starter. Said that thier test machine was broken. I said oh il guess ill have to go next door to auto zone. The guy standing there doing nothing said oh you may wanna go to the other orileys auto zone dosnt do that. Haha i said okay buddy. Went next door and autozone helped me out. I didnt drive 2 miles to another orileys. Overpriced for the same parts that autozone has.

I had the good fortune to stop in today and was greeted by Mr. Michael Davis he went on to provide his expertise to me which was greatly appreciated. He got me the part I needed which took a bit more then punching in a part number, he took his time, and taught me a few things otherwise I'd still be spinning my wheels.. lol so to speak.
It's uncommon these days to find quality customer service when you really need it.. Thanks Mr.Davis you are doing it right. ?
