As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the whole mortgage process. But working with Dave Tallman and his team at Mortgage Solutions of Georgia was truly an unbelievable experience! From the moment I reached out, they made me feel like a priority.
Dave and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through every step and answering all my questions with so much care. They made what seemed like a daunting process so smooth and manageable. I felt supported and confident the entire time.
I can’t recommend them enough for anyone, especially if you're new to home buying. Their fantastic service has made my first home purchase a dream come true. Thank you, Dave Tallman and team, for everything!

Worst experience hands down. Wendy is the only reason we stayed with them. Dave began strong and explained everything, then once we agreed to use him he dropped off communication. Wendy did her very best to keep up and very sweet and patient with my questions. Dave, on the other hand, was very combative and talked down to me on numerous occasions when I felt like I was getting ran over. He did not like that I looped in my agent all the time for conversations to keep everyone up to date, but he wouldn’t respond to either of us! One time, he called me and berated me, “we don’t need your business because we aren’t making anything on your property, because you are a difficult client and this is a difficult property.” “Don’t include agents on our emails cause that’s how we make money.” I think he then realized I have a recorded line and then sent me a follow up email, trying to apologize “it’s just the way I am.” It was disgusting the way he spoke to me.
Due to lack of communication we had to pay out a couple thousand in certain insurance at a drop of a hat because he didn’t tell me it was due. I tried to use my own insurance company but he wouldn’t accept it, finding out at closing I could’ve used whomever I wanted to. We had to pay for fixes on the house because Dave didn’t tell us when the due diligence period was, so needless to say I feel screwed over by Dave. Now to make it worse, another call from the insurance guy personally, now I owe him more money cause he was told to pay Dave an amount that was different than what Dave’s records for closing was!
If we ever buy a house again, I will be staying FAR away from Dave Tallman!

All went smoothly and efficiently putting our mortgage together. The surprising part was how quickly they were able to get the job done! Dave Tallman stayed on every detail constantly and was available to me via phone or text. Wendy was a brilliant back up to both Dave and me. I do not think I have ever seen such a friendly, professional and rapid customer based operation in my life. I more than highly recommend Mortgage Solutions of Georgia abive and beyond anyone else. Do you want sime credibility attached to my statement? I just retired as a customer service and relations specialist after 41 years. This organization gets a double A+ from me and can, and should, be used as an example in any training manual on the subject. Bravo MSOG! Keep up the good, no, great, work!

They helped so much through our buying process, from answering my nonstop questions to keeping me informed on where exactly my money was being used and what for.
