This was my first time going to MMBB and Jadan more than exceeded my expectations. She is a very knowledgeable stylist and actually recommended something for my hair that I didn't originally ask for going in. I am glad I trusted her expertise, as my hair turned out way better than I could have hoped for. I will be going to Jadan for all my hair services in the future.

Today I went to the salon, I ask for a caramel balayage and I trust my hair to the stylist, I was so excited to see my hair at the end of the process but it was totally a disappointment, my hair looks very very different to what I wanted she said she can correct it with toner but she didn’t, my hair was, totally different color, I was so sad, really really sad, I was there for 4 hours which was a waste of time, also my hair looks so damaged and still they charge 130 dollars. I was very disappointed, frustrated, sad, upset ? I just wanted a beautiful color. The stylist apologized but I don’t understand how they dare to charge me for a bad work and experience.
I don’t recommend it.

I traveled a few states to move down here from Virginia to Georgia, so I was VERY skeptical about finding a new stylist, because it’s so hard finding someone that knows exactly what I want with my blonde hair, but Jen did it for me and with such ease/experience!
I was so happy leaving the salon today and glad I booked with her and trusted my gut. She was very receptive to what I wanted and we made a great connection. She truly is great at blondes! She’s very personable, humble, and transparent. I will be booking with her more in the future! Thanks again Jen. ?☺️

I came in to get my hair colored and I left with patches of orange and unblended unneat work! When I asked for a partial refund to get it fixed at a new salon! the manager then said she thinks a 37$ refund is fair for a 300$ service! Then the manager blocked my number this is what my inspiration picture was and this is how I looked! The stylist seemed like she was rushing and didn't give me any tips or after care advice on products or upkeep

After 30 years with the same stylist, I was nervous to make a change. Veronica made me feel so welcome and did a fabulous job with my hair!

Recently I had my cut with Ashley; always great but also had a conditioning treatment with a different individual; unfortunately, I wasn't excited with the results the next day; so I called them the next business day. Danielle listened to my concerns and then contacted Ashley who recommended I come back that day to remedy the treatment issue. Holly did the treatment and now all is great. I have been going to this salon for years and it is BY FAR the best salon around! Now my teenage daughter and 18 year old son will only go there as well (my husband is bald otherwise he would too!) Everyone who works there is at the top of their game and they are ALL always learning the newest techniques for hair care. I wouldn’t trust my locks with anyone else!

I have been going to Mirror Mirror Beauty Bar since the day it opened. I love the feeling of getting pampered while I get my hair refreshed.
Every one that has touched my hair has been friendly and professional.
I think my loyalty to a salon for 12 years speaks volumes.
The owner Veronica has won my respect by sharing her knowledge and expertise to new hair stylists.

Salon is very chic, clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly and profesional. Crosby was my hairdresser and she did not disappoint. Overall so satisfied, would recommend and definitely going back. I am new to the Dallas area and this is my new go to salon.

I'm obsessed with this salon! The attention to detail, willingness to spend time to understand what I want is unmatched. I enjoy the time they spend with me, they seem to truly enjoy working there and taking pride in the service they provide. Veronica is my favorite, but everyone on the team is great.
