Upon entering this store, the young lady without greeting me, decided to inform me that the next time I enter this establishment to wear a mask (In a hateful irritated voice). Meanwhile, she's putting her cloth mask on. I politely agreed and she carried on with the transaction to pay my bill. Upon which I politely asked her if her mask was an M95 mask, knowing that it wasn't but just to see if she knew the difference and if not to allow her the opportunity to enlighten me of her knowledge. Well, that irritated her even more and she proceeded to tell me her vaccination status, and that it was HER CHOICE of mask that SHE purchased. And that since she was VACCINATED her mask was appropriate.I calmly took my reciept and headed to the door while she's vulgarly spewing her hatred at me about it being MANDATORY in HER store.

That lady that works there is rude and smart. She tried to tell me my bill would go up because the phone I was trying to add to a one of my lines was iPhone 7 Plus which one already been used for one of the numbers on my account. The would go up 70 dollars today and then 15 dollars a month. Then proceed to tell me that I need to carry insurance on the which was another 15 dollars. I then told her nothing because I know that wasn’t the case I had been with Metro since 2012 and then I went a different store and hooked the phone they charged me nothing and also told none of the charges that lady tried to charge was true. Also the credit card machine was down and they was only accepting cash.I wouldn’t recommend this locations to nobody

Went in there the day before Christmas and there was a Puerto Rican girl working and I'd just like to say that she did amazing I'll use this metro every chance I get and I'll tell all my friends to come here to. She is the best employee EVER . should be given a raise, promotion and paid vacation time . Thanks

I won't be going back. I've had my phone for one month. The screen is shattered after the girl busted screen saver off and sold me another and a case that they didn't have in stock for the whole month. Then told me it was my phone screen not saver. I paid$270 for this piece of junk is worthless. Fantastic service the day I got the phone. I wish that girl was there. I have protection plan. She wanted to sell me a new phone. F that store I'll get a$30 WALARUS-MART phone won't be doing the t mobile gig again.

After working a 12-hour shift accidentally breaking my phone. I come here to the store to get a full replacement is 10:00 and nobody's here is currently 10:17 and still no one is here seems like the people that work here don't really care about their jobs

The rep here was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. The products and services here are great for the cheap price, but they were out of almost every phone in their store. We had to wait on the manager to come bring them more inventory before getting any of the phones we wanted. Other than that... it was a great experience ? Thank you Natalia You made our experience very pleasant!

The young lady who was of hispanic orgin in the store on 06/19/2021 was very rude and nasty from the time. I entered the store. Her tone of voice was rough and demeaning. She did not even come to show me the phones that were available and kept her head down when speaking to me. When I asked about the One plus N100 she told me that phone was $500 using a very nasty tone, I stated that it says upgrade is $119 it says that on the sinage and for a new customer its only $179. She said that was a special and its over. I stated that was false advertisement and it should be used and I said see on the side it can be take out so as not to confuse customer and have a false sign. She then started stating I was ripping the signs. I never even took it out , nor did I rip it. I then stated to her honey I do not know what kind of day you had and for that I am sorry but I did not do it to you. She said this is my normal voice, I said well you should not not be in customer service . I then said; less have a do over, she said no I am not going to do nothing over, get out of MY Store, I asked for the manange number and she refused to give it to me. I then said thats ok honey; you are talking very rude but I can call metro pcs customer service. She called her manager and was yelling and lying again saying I ripped something. Her manager told her to call the police. At this time I floored because I am a repeat customer and I have never had an issue with anyone their including the manager. Well my son has now come in and heard her talking to me very inappropriatley and I am embarassed to say he got in her face and told her she was very disrespectful and I am old enough to be her mother. I grabbed him by the arm and told him to leave she is not worth it. Now if that stores has cameras, you will see that I never ripped anyinthing or took any signs out of the display stand.I went to the store on Cowan road got the phone N100 for $119 as it stated and I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness by the clerk and the Manager.I hope you look at the cameras and I hope it has audio, so you can hear how rude the young lady ( and I use that term loosely) was to me. I am over 50 years old and she is disrespectful, I hope no one treats her mother like that.

I’ve been to this store many times and have always been satisfied with my experience but these last 2 times have been fantastic because of the young lady that has helped me. She is extremely knowledgeable and has never ever been pushy. Thank you so much Nisha for your outstanding customer service and for being considerate of my time and not wasting it! I will continue to refer new people to you guys!
