“I am a hard size to fit, so buying dress shirts is always a challenge. It is always an excruciating challenge, going in and out of multiple stores, becoming frustrated and tired. The salesperson was super helpful and he immediately had the exact size that I needed to fit my huge neck. I was literally in and out of the store in five minutes. Blissful! I have always enjoyed this store and today I was asked at checkout if I would like to round up to donate to the Hispanic Federation. Personally, I have not been to too many places in support of this charity. When I asked for more information, Leslie gave me some beautiful insight on, not only the Hispanic Federation charity, but also of all the other charities BoxLunch helps support! She also mentioned for every purchase of $10, BoxLunch donates a meal to Feeding America and that's why they are called "BoxLunch". I thought this was super awesome and it has made me love this store even more! For the price of my spooky new enamel pin to appease my Cinnamoroll obsession, I was essentially able to help donate to two charities in one go! He quickly pulled together my items and had them ready when I arrived. He took the time to encourage me to try everything on to just make sure my fit was perfect! Everything was spot ON!! There is about anything that a person needs or have the desire to buy. Everything is in perfect condition, very organized, no damages, and the prices are even better than any other store nearby in the area. “I wandered into this store yesterday looking for a last minute outfit for a last minute trip to Nashville. As a middle age mom, I was having a “am I too old to be here?” moment. Cody approached me and asked me what I was shopping for. He was spectacular! So insanely helpful and as sweet as can be. Seriously, he may be my new shopping BFF! I had a blast shopping with him. He helped style outfits, including shoes. Set it all out, in outfits, in the dressing room. Not the level of sales I expected from The Buckle. He was my personal stylist and I was impressed by his professionalism and the level of customer service he provided. He was so patient and a great hype man! I left with some amazing pieces. Today I walked in, in a bit of a hurry to get a last minute birthday gift of nose rings...which I know nothing about. Dani at Hot topic at Town Square Mall spent quite a while with me, educating me on what the heck I was looking at and asking questions about the gift recipient to help me choose the right option. “The store is clean, bright, and well organized. The staff are very friendly. For example, I needed a short pair of jeans, but they were out of that length in my size. They offered to order them for me and have them shipped to my home. On my most recent trip, they were walking through the store offering mesh bags to use in the store while shopping. This was so helpful and made it so much easier for me to finish shopping. The line at the registers moves quickly. I prefer to drive to the Woodstock location rather than the one on Barrett Pkwy.”
