Me and my friend were in yesterday. I got the mcalister’s club. We both woke up in the bathroom from food poisoning. They said they were waiting on their truck because they were out of a lot of items. I just wonder how old the meats were they put on our sandwhiches. I won’t be returning.

Tables and floor are filthy. Mac and cheese was dry and tasted like it had been reheated. My sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it, received sandwich with no bacon and when I asked them to add it was told they ran out. If I had been told that when I ordered I would have ordered something different. Won't return to this location.

I almost never review chain restaurants because why bother. However I distinctly remember McAllisters serving soup in actual bowls and no paper cups. I spent almost 30 dollars on 2 meals and I got paper bowls and plastic silverware. It's almost as if they don't want to do dishes. Also the ceaser leaves much to be desired. They don't even give you the whole head of lettuce. I got all bottoms of the romaine. Unpleasant and it was a bit past prime. Hints of pink here and there. What's the purpose of putting it on such a large plate if it's going to be a gross little hand full and a paper cup of soup. Did I order togo? No.

2 couples( including me and my husband) 2 cashiers/food runners working. Slow, no greeting or "we will be right with you". Couldn't be less interested in Customer Service. I wonder if management or franchise owner is even interested in the success if this business.

I usually only write reviews of places I visit to recognize them for an outstanding experience. However, I'm making an exception with this one. After, several visits over many months I have never had an order that was delivered 100% accurately. The receipt I get when I place an online order includes the specific details of my order for each item ordered. There is consistently something missing or incorrect with my order. Pickle not included, added or missing toppings. Different bread than specified on the menu, or selected by the order.McAlister's is relatively expensive for the quality and accuracy of the food and service. +/- $10 - $12 for a sandwich and 1 side & no beverage. I usually, order online for takeout. I'm old, retired, and live near by.I agree with another reviewer; the French Dip is pretty bland even with the optional peppers added.

I just gave McAlisters in Acworth a second try.Again , sadly they failed to provideAn edible meal. This time I orderedA Caesar salad and added the chicken.I requested at the time of ordering that IWanted the dressing on the side.Needless to say it was not served with the dressing on the side. Instead it wasSaturated in dressing and the lettuceWas limp and disgusting. Where is the managerIn supervising the staff and walkingAround asking customers how the food is?The manager was invisible. No I did notRequest to speak to him/ her. It's not myJob to just complain. If the managerWas concerned and truly managing,He/she would be talking to all customers And hearing good and bad as he/ /sheStops at all the tables. Therefore,McAlisters will not be seeing me again.

This was my first time at McAlister's and this location was a great start. This location was extremely clean, including the bathroom. That is a plus for me! The staff was welcoming and cheerful. I was unsure about the broccoli and cheese soup so the cashier gave me a sample. I definitely recommend it! It was delicious. I ordered a turkey sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. Based on this visit, I would definitely return.

Excellent food, even better atmosphere. Good service and overall experience/customer service. Refreshing! Acworth has needed a place like this for a long time!

Nice clean store. It was busy during dinner time. There is plenty of seating in pleasant surroundings. Very assessable parking outside. This was my first time at this location. I'm not familiar with the menu, so I took my time while the nice cashier answered all my questions. Lot of items to choose from. Finally, I selected a pastrami sandwich with the side of mac and cheese. It turned out to be a tasty choice. This sandwich was so large with a lot of pastrami that it served two persons, and it was fresh and delicious. They seem to offer catering, too. This was a great experience. Will highly recommend.

Good was great but the cashier was not talkative. Later, decided to tell the manager about my experience and tell the manager about my cashier and hung up on me because it's on the middle of a dinner rush.

This was my second visit - first in May. Good food on both occasions - Good French Dip & ok steamed broccoli for a healthier option. Here's the problem - took young grandson in restroom before ordering. He got last bit of soap so I told staff it needed refilling. Waited about 10 minutes for another member of our party to arrive and then I went back to rest room after ordering. Still took 20 pumps on the soap dispenser to get 3 drops of soap so am not sure if it was broken or still empty. Also the trash can was overflowing there in the men's room. I have left restaurants for lack of soap because, hey, cooks and servers are likely not washing either. That's a problem. I stayed tonight after rationalizing that it had "just run out" and because there were others in the party but I'm giving 2-strikes for this inattentiveness.

On a Tuesday at Noon. Lunch rush was just beginning and none of the tables had been bused. I had 4 people in front of me and still had to wait 15 minutes to give my order. Although, I was then informed that they were out of roast beef, pastrami, and corn beef. That’s like 70 percent of their menu. Management was not doing their job today. It was clear that they had a snafu with both having enough staff AND not having enough inventory to provide most of their menu items. Not being able to find what I want, I left without a purchase. As I walked out I felt sorry for the line that had accumulated behind me of 15-20. They would soon discover my same disappointment.
