I had a great experience with Rick at the Acworth, GA location. I came in with thoughts on what I needed but an open mind. Rick was attentive, listened to what I said a delivered an outcome that I can't wait to sleep on! No tricks or extra charges at the finish line (like sometimes hapoens). We landed right on my expected price even with a couple pillows thrown in. If the bed delivers half the quality that Rick did, I will be very happy.

I walked in here after spending the week driving to other stores, including another Mattress Firm. Jennifer greeted me as soon as I walked in and instead of going straight into the mattress with all the perks she asked questions that no one else did. She had me lay on three or four mattresses and asked how I felt on each before suggesting the next one. At one point I wasn’t able to describe why I didn’t like the feel of a certain mattress and she figured it out with questions I’d spent at least 30 minutes in each of the other stores but it took Jennifer maybe 10 minutes to find the mattress that I ended up buying.
I had to change my delivery date just two days before and had no issues. My old mattress was moved and the new one was set up for me.

The choices and price ranges are overwhelming! However, Richard was able to explain the differences and answer our questions in a manner that we could understand. He helped us choose the mattress and foundation that will fit our needs and comfort level as well as in our budget!
