I have stopped at this location a few times. Most of the times they are busy, but still the wait is not usually too long. Service is always polite and professional, but this location is kind of out of my way. Parking is easily accessible from the street and from the bank building. Still, it serves the purpose of making a payment. Maybe because I do not visit this branch so often I do not know employees by name. So, to me it's just another LGE branch.

Went in to get a new debit card. Rachael was super friendly and quick with getting it printed. Kylie was also so sweet. There was a little boy in the lobby with his grandma and she gave him stickers. They are all so friendly!

We dealt with Rachel Collins and had an awful experience being talked down to like we had no clue. Scoffed at us multiple times in an attempt to belittle us. Rachel was incredibly unprofessional and did not explain the proper procedure, which was correctly explained later in a phone call with a manager. I have been a member of LGE for almost 10 years. I do not feel like a valued customer; this is the second issue with LGE in a 90-day time span, and I will be looking to leave LGE. My advice is: don't waste your time with this bank.

I am 64 and I've been the member of several credit unions and so many different banks, my first banking account was at 13 it's first Smyrna Bank my dad cosigned for me to get the account but this is by far the best bank I've ever been with. I have several site issues and I've had several aneurysms,. I could not do banking online for many years and they took the time to help me out walk me through between Debbie and Rochelle, Reagan and so many others I can't tell you how happy I am with this credit Union to hold all of my money plus they have great rates. Teach your kids to join a credit union it'll save them lots of money over time. Many people are impatient and don't take the time to realize what they have thank you LIFE I appreciate you.

I ordered checks in the beginning of July at the Acworth location. After confirming the updated address the checks were still mailed to an old address.I called in to inquire why I did not receive the checks. I was informed of their mistake and assured the address was fixed and the checks were on the way. The time period I was given for them to arrive comes and goes, still no checks. I call again, oops, they fixed the address but never bothered to even order the checks. This is on a Tuesday. As I’m on the phone I’m assured the checks have been ordered while I’m waiting and shipping has been expedited “they will arrive by Friday at the latest”Fast forward to today, still no checks. I reach out for the now third time … “oops looks like we didn’t actually expedite the shipping like we told you. You can expect them in another week”Their solution: inconvenience myself and come in to a location and get a cashiers check. Oh and they will use this as a “training” session. Seriously?I had no idea a bank was too incompetent to handle ordering and delivering checks in a timely manner but they certainly don’t need to be handling anyones money if they are too incompetent to handle such a small task.

Ordered an item off of etsy, used paypal which is linked to my LGE account, PayPal went through but lge canceled it as they said it was an item bought in Russia. Since PayPal already covered it they told me I was in a negative amount blocked my acct and I had to call PayPal to pay from a different acct. All because lge wanted to tell me where I can spend my money. I have to resubmit all bank info to reinstate my paypal.

We are very happy with LGE specifically this Acworth location the staff are very professional and helpful we recently refinanced are vehicle with Kiley Triscik she made the entire process smooth and easy too care of our questions and concerns we are very happy banking with LGE for are business and personal banking.

Longtime customer. They have few branches. They have no live staff. The so called "State of the Art" machines that replaced the humans are a joke. Ate two of my checks, screws up deposits, it never ends. Was a great place to bank but its gone downhill so bad I dread even dealing with them.
