Fun place to take a dip in the hot summer! We enjoyed stopping here on our way home from a pickleball tournament.

This beach was an hour away from the hotel we stayed at which is closer to the airport. The children enjoyed the beach. It wasn't packed. I love the big playground and the picnic area. When I visit ATL again I will definitely go back. We also had snacks and towels. The weather was really nice.

This lady is loved by the God of heaven and earth. She is gifted in knowledge and learning past many she has been endeared to throughout the years of her suffering as she experienced overcoming her back pain and tooth pain. She needs to give her gifts of knowledge to the Jesus God who provides the wages for her labor. Is there another God who would approve of her refusal to believe in Jesus the Christ? She will not find another. He calls her and she gives Him urgent need requests for her family and then this doctrine. He is of the true and perfect doctrine that is far greater. She will overcome her pangs and defeat those who pierced her heart with dread through Him. Acts 4:12 "And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved." Pray for her and donate as The Amen, The Faithful and True Witness Jesus leads. Jesus will bring this daughter of The King of Kings to the truth. Faith, hope, and love. Sincerely, Roderick.

It's a cute quaint spot. It served its purpose, but I would not go back, unless I was in the area for an event in the little town. The water was peaceful and beautiful to look at. The beach near the water has duck boo boo all over it. Some washed into the water. The water was greenish yellow. I just felt like it was not for swimming. The playground there is nice. It would be a nice place for a picnic, Birthday party or boat activity. The open water may also be good for water skiing, if allowed.

Worst beach I've been to. Their ordinance won't allow you to use your own grills but force you to use their crappy unkept grills. Makes no sense at all. Would never come back to this poorly operated park

Nice, clean lake! Went here for Memorial Day and arrived around 10 AM and had no problem finding a place to sit. We also rented a kayak and had a great time! There also were semi clean bathrooms, a sno ball stand and also the option to purchase water toys like tubes and floaties.

Coming from Coastal VA where we have a beach within 10 mins from most cities I knew living in a land locked location would be a challenge. I was so excited when I discovered Acworth Beach! I would highly advise getting there early & making a day of it bc parking is limited & will fill up by 1pm for sure. I got there around 10 paid $5 or $10 (can't remember now sorry) to park (no cash just cards) & was on my way nice & easy. Though the beach is man made its really very nice. There are picnic tables in a grassy area & the beach section is a very nice size. Plenty of room for lots of families to enjoy. Just writing this I'm remembering the day & it was so good for my soul. I wish I could've enjoyed it more but due to covid I don't think it had a full summer run, hopefully that will not be the case next season.

Never been here but just trying to counter to weird religious lady's review that said yoga is evil. Yoga is amazing for people in every way so I'm grateful to anyone willing to teach it for a living. Thanks for all you do <3

A tranquil spot. I was in Acworth, Georgia on business and drove past a sign saying Acworth Beach. Mu curiosity piqued, I turned down the street to discover this hidden gem. Very serene. I walked against the setting sun and enjoyed the moment. I am grateful for places like this, a place where you can temporarily shrug off the hustle and bustle of life and just be.

I never been to this studio, I actually just happen to be looking for a kundalini yoga studio but I wanted to comment on the negative comment to counteract the negative comment below. The negative comment have no place on such a spiritual intent. It is usually this type of behavior that is closed to real spiritual growth and its not fair to leave such comment, especially if you have never been there. Once you lose the "Religion" of acceptance, you will defiantly find the peace within yourself to not make comment as such. I am sure you are not ready to learn from your negative place of action. However, I am sure if you go and have an open mind, you will begin to truly live within your own peace, that it will be unnecessary to leave such comments. I will be visiting soon.

First time here and loved the peacefulness, tranquility, sounds of the birds chirping, families enjoying. I loved this place so much that I can see myself getting married here just so I can share it with everybody else. I felt so at peace here. I only stayed for about 30 minutes but it was everything and more. I cannot wait to come back and start planning my wedding here.
