I was at the self-checkout and needed assistance. The clerk that was responsible for the self-checkouts was distracted - playing with another customer's baby. She was inattentive to the fact that I had been waiting for some time needing assistance with the light flashing. When I tried to get her attention, she continued to play with the baby. She could do a better job of being attentive to the customers who need her help.

Nicely renovated. Used the Self Checkout with zero interactions with staff. Nice experience over all.

I come here several times a week. Staff is great, however this Kroger needs TLC. I do go around other Kroger's in the ATL area and this is mid range. With homes being built around the area that are over 700k. I suggest Kroger corp to upgrade the store. Love the one in Savannah south side.

5/17/24 7:00 am I stopped at the fuel pumps this morning to get a coke and with nobody else there the lady still wouldn’t acknowledge I was at the window trying to pay but instead texting, I stood there for at least 5 minutes before finally just leaving the coke and walking away. To continue my frustration I spoke to the supervisor around 6:15 pm after work to explain what happened and how it was unacceptable that texting at work is more important then the customer and they seemed to just brush it off. I don’t know what working at Kroger is like but all the places I’ve had experiences at the number 1 rule is customer comes first.

Giving 5 stars because the lady below, Abbie Hawkins, gave this Kroger 1 star just because they don't carry sushi. That's pretty sad.This is a great store, the employees are helpful and friendly and they always have great sales

So this is my favorite Kroger to shop at. Until today. Some young heavy set lady with purple hair standing up front while another lady handles all the self check out by herself on super bowl Sunday. The lady working was hustling her tail off. I politely walked up to purple hair lady and said hey we have several customers over here needing assistance. So miss purple hair goes all the way out of her way to look and say ohh she's got you she's on 4 now!! Lol I knew where she was!!! I was insinuating that you give her a hand since you're standing around doing jack diddly not. Fire her. You know Exactly witch employee I'm talking about. I'm sure that you have had many more complaints with this one.
