Generally pretty good selection and stocking. Produce can be hit or miss. Staff is friendly and helpful, but baggers could use more training.

Only one register open with a cashier and the line was backed up down the aisle across from the cashiers lane. I went to self checkout and it was one with the conveyor belt. I had a cart full of groceries. After I was done ringing up and paid I had to bag my own groceries, which isn't a problem except someone came up behind me and started scanning their groceries and they ran down the conveyor into mine. I was trying to hurry but I was having a hard time getting my groceries bagged to get out of the way. The Kroger employee was standing right there with his hands in his pockets watching and didn't even so much as offer to help. Scanning should be disabled until the belt is cleared before the next person can start ringing up. From now on if I can't go to a cashier then there's nothing I need that bad. I'll just leave.

Tonight I went to pick up a haul of baby formula and baby food for our little girl that I ordered online for curbside pickup, but couldn’t wait until the morning, and was told that there was no way for them to allow me to personally pickup a curbside order without cancelling the order and paying for it again, which Kroger, you should absolutely do something about that, allow the store to fulfill a curbside order for people who need their items sooner without needing to cancel an already paid for order. Anyway, asked to speak to management, and Kelly, the store manager for the evening actually paid for the can herself and said it was her good deed for the day!! There are absolutely still good people in the world, Kelly is a great example of one. I didn’t ask her to do that, and I will definitely be paying it forward ???? Give her a raise!!!!

Needs to work on product freshness, especially on their (limited) readymade options.

How can you not have A COVID test, telling me to look in the pharmacy is not helpful. Having the MoD tell me they usually have them but not having a spot for them says otherwise.

01/29/2024: Same. Prior Visit: Clean. Many selections. Usually more selections than either nearby Wal-Mart. They dropped their senior discount for their version of every day low prices. I am well trained in price checks and every day low pricing. This is a standard marketing ruse. Be smart and compare prices across the board. I have found that my prices there have inched up. Still cheaper than Publix and especially Ingles but do not take their marketing at face value. Pay attention.
