They tried to charge me an extra 4 thousand dollars more than the other shop I took my truck too for a transmission . Only thing they have a fair price on for the work is the diagnostic ,anything else take it somewhere else they will way over price you .

I so appreciate the personal service from everyone at KAMS automotive. Very pleased with the work on two of my vehicles. The third vehicle I own will be a future patient for the doctors!! Starting with an oil change! Thank you Kams. Added note: I have lived locally (1.5 miles from Kam’s) for near 30 years, and have watched this company grow. That is why I trusted them. Awesome work!

My battery died while running an errand. I thought I just purchased it through Triple AAA. It had a 2 yr warranty. I couldn't believe it had been almost 2 yrs. New to Georgia Kams was the name given by Triple AAA. They would replace it for me at no cost. I had my car jumped and drove to Ackworth, Ga , 24 miles away. I was up and running within the hour. Thank you to the team at Kam's!!. I will be back for an oil change in a couple weeks.

After replacing several A/C components in my vehicle I needed to have the system vacuum tested and properly charged with refrigerant. They were very accommodating and took me in without an appointment. Work was done timely and professionally by their technician at a fair price considering my unscheduled appointment. Completely satisfied with all the staff from the Receptionist, Service manager and Technician. I’d use their service again in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends.

I've been scammed by several mechanics in the past.. so much so that I've rebuilt several engines myself by hand. I'm getting a little older, and quite frankly don't have either the time or a convenient place to do such work anymore, so KAMS has been my go-to since moving to GA in 2018. KAMS is the ONLY place I trust and they have done great work at a decent price every time I go! The tech working on my former State Trooper 2014 Dodge Charger made sure to call me, double check the work I wanted done, and also warn me about doing a transmission flush and fill on a car that has never had it done before. (If you don't know, and if you don't get the transmission flushed and filled at the recommended intervals... sediment, grit, grime, etc can settle in the transmission pan. Once you do finally take it in, a flush can cause this mess to spread all over your transmission and ruin it.. happens all the time... either do it regularly or don't do it at all... I don't recommend the latter) Fortunately, being an ex-LEO vehicle, they are required by law to get regular maintenance done, so I was in good shape. I was able to drop the car off after work thanks to their drop box, and it was ready the next day.... looking beautiful and running great. I can not thank KAMS and their wonderful employees enough! You do have a lifelong customer here!

Very thorough and friendly working on my Chevy 1500. The classic AMX not so much. Didn't cover (or store inside as told ). Fixed wire to air compressor and charged, thanks for that. Put a new belt on? but damaged the PS pump tensioning the belt. There is a bolt 9/16 to tension that without using a prybar ( amature). Got home and leaked all the fluid out of the reservoir pump, damaged the seam. Won't ever go back.
