Since the beginning, Allstate and Joe's team have really made making the switch from another company flawless. Prompt communicators, put insurance language in terms that we could understand and gave us all the tools to save money. I feel confident using Allstate and I love the driving app that allows you to save even more!!

My wife and I have been Allstate customers for over a decade. We have always enjoyed excellent customer service from the Glancy Allstate office. Recently, our daughter completed everything she needed to do to meet our expectations for driving; those being good grades, great behavior, taking on responsibility, working to know the value of money and completing driver's education and on road training. Adding her to our policy was something that seemed like a scary process. However, working with Brooke Gunthrop, our agent in the Glancy office, was a pleasure. She guided us through the entire process, giving us great advice and counsel. She was not just an agent but became a friend of the family through this journey. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for her assistance and caring. Thank you so much.
