Was told they could change my brakes when I stopped in only change brake pads on one side, left the old brake pads on the other side and took the new pads didn’t even put them on remove balancing weights off of my rear tires, causing my truck to shake making it extremely dangerous to drive I have to take my truck somewhere else and pay for this again you have been warned about this place

AVOID! SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO! They will have you about to die on the road. For the second time, they've put a used tire on the car and it always feels rough driving it afterwards. The first time, good thing, I was getting new tires put on the front a week later. This last time, same though feeling att they put the tire on. I took it to Woodstock tires and they found the problem. There was only 2 lugs holding the tire on. I've been on the highway and doing 70 mph. We could have died. They stripped the other 3 lug studs to where they life won't even tighten. Now we have to get new studs so the lid can be screwed on. This is a damn shame what they are doing here! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

We always have a positive experience here!
The owner is always pleasant and prices fairly. We have purchased used tires, and brought tires that were purchased elsewhere to have them installed. He did jobs that other “big name” tire shops were unable to do!! Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but you have to wait anywhere you go. At least after waiting the job is done correctly and you’re not overcharged.
We are repeat customers, will continue to keep coming back, and recommend this shop over others in the area- especially the corporate type establishments.

AVOID AVOID AVOID‼️‼️‼️ They replaced my tires with 4 used tires and the left back tire was low on air two or three days later. So, I brought my car back to them. He checked the tires and said yes it is low on air. He then asks me would I like to buy another tire and I said no I just want you guys to replace the tire since I got it from here. He refused to, refilled the same leaky tire and put it back on my car. I would not recommend doing business with this shop at all to anyone. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other tires shops in the area that will conduct honest and good business.

Paid $50 for a used tire and got home to realize they didn’t replace my rubber valve stem which was leaking air. Had to drive all the way back to be told it’s $10 for them to install a new valve stem. Annoying they couldn’t just mention replacing the valve stem initially or just throw it in with the cost

I came here for a tire and lug nut replacement. The wait time was extremely long. I waited over two hours before the repair person fixed my car. I called the day before to make sure he had my tire size available. After waiting over two hours, I was told the tire size I needed was not in good enough condition to install. His only suggestion was to install a tire that was smaller than the original factory size. To add to the inconvenience, i was told I needed to leave and go to an auto parts store to buy my own lug nuts & screws to be replaced on my car.Installing a tire size that’s smaller than what I need and not informing me of the parts I would need to buy to complete the repair, before I arrived was very unprofessional and inconvenient to say the least!Ladies I wouldn’t recommend coming here alone. I came with a guy. Although the repair person was fully aware it was my car, he disregarded any of my questions, and only spoke directly to the guy I was with when giving any feedback on my car. The tire installed was covered in dirt. After the long wait and inconveniences, the repair person didn’t even bother to install a clean tire. I will not be returning to this shop for any other repairs or service.

Called on Mother’s Day to get price upon arriving had to wait a while to get service. Was told a price after the service that took 2 hours the price was raised and spent all the money on tires. Also then took a tire from a car to get new ones and shortly after noticed the tire was flat took it back asked for it to be fixed and was told it would be a charge but when told they were the once’s that touched it last he got rude and said it wasn’t his fault. We couldn’t even drive the car due to the issue. Would not recommend due to invalid service price and rudeness
