$19 to have the older lady with dyed hair absolutely butcher my haircut. Immediately had to go to another barber shop to have it fixed. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not recommend

Requested style: It was a short cut but she did exactly like I requested.

Today was the first time that I have gotten my haircut since being pregnant and giving birth to my son (a little over a year). I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to get it cut, I was very attached to it and was worried that I wouldn’t like the results. I’m glad I came into this Great Clips tho, John was awesome, the entire time he was super nice, was super involved in our conversation, and made sure to ask me multiple times if I was ok with the work so far. He (and the rest of the staff) were also very friendly with my 5 month old son.

I went 4 times, 3 of the 4 times I had a haircut, the 4th time I was refused a haircut that needed to be fixed from the other 3 haircuts.Then they explained why, I was being refused.It took too long to cut my hair, they have a 15 minute time limit for a haircut.I paid a total of $52.00, tips included, for a supposed haircut, that I had to go to another shop, to get recut again and of course pay again.WTH!!!!SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SATISFACTION AND A DETAILED HAIRCUT, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!!!Price: $52.00

Do you cut men’s hair? I was refused. They say the don’t cut 16 year old hair. Got me wondering was it because of his skin color because I have gotten his hair cut before by this band great clips. Oh well.
