I just stopped in to get a small ice cream. My card couldn't be read and the equipment took forever to process so I paid with cash. It was about $6 and I paid with a $20 bill. The employee took my money and then went to get change and told me that they had no change for me and there was not a manager on site to help. I hope the extra $14 was helpful for the business because this is the first and last time I will ever be coming to this place.

STIR CLEAR OF THIS STORE LOCATION Unfortunately as of this review 10/14/23.I don’t like to leave bad reviews, this is my second recommendation go elsewhere. The store owner & employees of this location, nor the corporate company appear to be interested in resolving the issues at the location. Store closed during operating hours, unable to provide service for goods, out of stock items, connectivity issues with payment acceptance.* Before responding with another empty placating apology * As you have a history of doing with no real effort towards solutions to customers review.NO MORE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICESNO MORE BAD SERVICE

Had what was probably the worst customer service experience of my life with an insipid and rude girl on the phone. Interrupted nearly every sentence I said, seemed to have no knowledge of her own catalogue, and was consistently very rude. I don’t know what’s happening with these places but you haven’t been able to order online for months and the stores are uniformly out of everything. Sad!

If I could give zero stars I would.Horrible service. Do not waste your money at this location. The customer service is hands down the absolute worst. Called to have a birthday cookie cake made and the order was totally wrong. I asked if the cake could be remade and they told me they were out of cake batter???!! I just wanted a simple birthday cake for my son with minimal icing and they did the complete opposite and would not could not fix.

We have had had several issues with this location. We understand staffing issues currently. However, this store is poorly managed (not speaking of the actual manager/staff- more so the franchise owner).Our most recent issue is that I ordered and paid for two cakes (One ice cream cake and one cookie cake) on June 23, 2023. I was called this evening with news that my order needed to be canceled. Again, I’m not upset with the actual staff they have- they are doing the best that they can. These employees are constantly put in uncomfortable situations because the franchise owner is “too busy” to ensure adequate staffing and/or adequate training. I asked about a refund, and I was told they would have to call me at a later date to discuss. That isn’t an option. We would love to chat about this store and come to a resolution about the cake for tomorrow and/or FULL refund. Look forward to hearing from someone.

Went in to purchase slice of cookie had a coupon for boho free the lady was so rude she made my granddaughter cry. This is not the first time she has been rude every time I have been in there. Something should be done about the rudeness.

They stopped serving ice cream two hours before close. First and last visit here. I personally recommend going to Scoops in Acworth. They are everything this place is not.

Ordered half a dozen cookies and tried some ice cream samples. Jenny was very helpful and let me know she could make a cookie sandwich from any cookies of my choice. The cookies were excellent.

Horrible experience! Don’t waste your money at this horrible location! I placed an order online for my daughter’s birthday cake. When I arrived to pick up the cake, I was told they never received my order and they would have to get back with me about my refund. There was no manager and only one employee working and no one to help me get my money back.

I need to make sure a refund is given. My mom ordered a cake over the weekend to be picked up today. We called around 1:30 to let them know we will be later than 2 to pick up the ice cream cake. When we got here we were told there was no ice cream. They never once called nor did they mention that when we called them to let know we would be late.
