Loaded my whole cart with Sheetrock, lumber, etc. Walked away for 5 minutes to grab a couple of small items. The associates in the lumber department decided to unload my entire cart, put all of my items back on the shelf, and take my cart in those 5 minutes. Apparently they don't have enough carts at this store so you have to make multiple transactions if you need big & small items. Or you have to roll the big carts all around the store to make sure they don't reclaim them immediately. Time is money and this Home Depot costs you time.

spent over $2,000 on patio furniture and slightly over 12 months later the wicker is breaking apart all over. furniture has been used very little. Contacted Home Depot to see if they can let me know if there is any type of manufacture warranty. Then with lots of attitude i am told i need to contact the manufacturer myself. i asked if he had a phone number or contact person with this manufacturer or can tell me if they have a warranty and he tells me in a very sarcastic tone that we do not memorize all of our manufacturers phone numbers and Home Depot only covers items for 90 days. extremely rude person

Busy, busy and more busy. But they still find time to help the average customer. Family ? and business orientated full of products and great atmosphere. First weekend of every month is kids building day.

What terrible and rude customer service. Isn't Home Depot supposed to be the nice location of all the big box retailers? I was ignored the entire time I was here. I asked for help 3 times. The first two times no one even responded. The last time, I walked up to an employee and expressed my frustration with the service and she said they're busy and if I'm not finding it on my own then it's probably not there. Didn't even remotely offer help. And by the way, by "busy" she must have meant they were busy catching up with each other because they were LITERALLY standing in a circle talking. Not sure if it's a race thing because I'm Hispanic, but I was just ignored and given the cold shoulder. I left without buying what I came for and went across the street to WalMart to buy it where I got BETTER customer service. AT A WALMART. How is that possible?!

The worst shopping experience I've ever had anywhere. I bought a fridge over two weeks ago. It was delivered Saturday damaged with a large dent in the front door. I refused the delivery because of the damage good. The guys were nice. The people on the phone were not as nice. They told me they'd call me in two days to tell me when they'd schedule me for redelivery. I companies and they called me a couple hours later and told me Thursday was the next availability. I agreed as long as it was after 530 because I can't get off work. I was told they would do that for me.. On Thursday I get a call at 230 saying they were 30 minutes away. I call the number back to find out why so early and I'm told I don't have a delivery scheduled for Thursday but it's scheduled for Friday... So I don't break away.. I get a call 30 minutes later saying they're at my house... I call the store upset.. I'm told if I cancel I may pay a restocking fee because it's in my contract.. I laugh at that because it's also in my contract to get a undamaged refrigerator last Saturday... I get the assistant manager on the phone, he says someone above him said to offer me $200 to let them deliver Friday.. I took it.. The window was 230 - 630, I had my sister wait at the house, paid for a pizza to be delivered... Well at 645 I walked into the store with no fridge wanting my money back. I waited 2 hours.. The manager on duty never came to

Don't shop at Home Depot anymore. If you paid in cash and lost your receipt, they will no longer give store credit. So whatever you purchased goes to the trash now unless you can find someone else that needs it. More waste in the landfills. Home Depot you are getting to big for your britches and I am ashamed that you are an Atlanta based company. I am ashamed that I was so loyal and spent so much money in your store over the years. Now you even cap the military discount my active duty husband deserves. Shameful. We will be shopping else where from now on.

I have to say this is the first time that I have been completely dissatisfied with this Home Depot store in Acworth. I went online like they requested filled out all of the military paperwork to start receiving my 10% discount without showing ID. After spending over an hour gathering up wood to purchase at Home Depot I was denied my military discount of 10%. As you can see I went down to Lowe's to purchase the same amount of wood and they gave me the military discount total savings of $223. Home Depot you have lost me as a wood customer going forward and I will continue shopping at Lowe's as they do honor the military with a 10% discount. Please note I did talk to two assistant managers on duty at Home Depot and one said that the military 10% discount is not good for wood products and one said we can use the coupon code but was over ruled by other management. I am completely dissatisfied with Home Depot and how they treat the military discount. I will say this Richard Gross Manager of Lowes in Acworth was excited to see me come down and purchase $2300 worth of lumber. Mark SullinsArmy Veteran 1st Ranger Battalion

I went to this Home Depot to find parts for a shower renovation I'm doing. I didn't know what all I would need but I found a couple of employees who were willing to point me in the right direction. They're recommendations ended up being very useful so I'm thankful they helped me out

Nice store and easy to get in and out quickly - love the self checkout. I really wish that Lowe's can pick up on this experience. The only sticking point is that it's hard to find help within the store. I would like to suggest associates roam the isles looking for customer needing help, rather than customer trying to track down associates.

I've been frequenting this location for a few years now, and the number of young knowledgeable associates is outstanding. Mason in plumbing, Jon in garden, and Henry in paint have all helped me numerous times on numerous projects. Thanks guys.
