  Purchased something for customer at wholesale price. The shipping, which was never disclosed until AFTER my card was charged, put the item price total at MSRP retail price. After dealing with customer service, they expressed they did us a favor by upgrading the item and not charging us the difference. Will never order from, or recommend EMC Sports or Eric McCrite company.

  When I recieved my order, the shorts where the wrong color. I spent over 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone and get an update for them to tell me they don't have my item in stock anymore. In total I have been dealing with this for over a month and am not pleased with how this situation was handled.
