Purchased something for customer at wholesale price. The shipping, which was never disclosed until AFTER my card was charged, put the item price total at MSRP retail price. After dealing with customer service, they expressed they did us a favor by upgrading the item and not charging us the difference. Will never order from, or recommend EMC Sports or Eric McCrite company.
