Went in to get an oil change and have some other things looked at on my truck since it's still under warranty. The service rep explained it would take 3-4 days for them to even look at it. I was fully prepared to drop it off but 4 days is wild. They were also patronizing and a little condescending I almost got the feeling they didn't want to help me or get my business, it was a very strange interaction. I decided I wouldn't get any service done for what I needed and instead just get the oil change which is what my appointment was for initially. The oil change place was fine except they couldn't check or rotate my tires because a piece of equipment needed was out of commission. I won't be going back to Day's. Mainly just want to share my experience so people understand how backlogged this place is. Apparently it's been this way "since covid" and "every dealership is like this" which isn't accurate because the dealership near Cumberland helped me in a single day without an appointment.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Service could not have been better.
Easily booked online
Greeted with Chris service tech the moment I pulled up with a great attitude. Took me early.
Showroom, dealership was spotless. The coffee and waiting room were super comfortable. They have 3 waiting rooms to choose from.
Was done with my car before I finished my coffee. The place was so nice. I was hoping to be there a little longer. Price is very reasonable as well.
I recommend this place for sure. I had to drive about 40 minutes to get here, but it was worth it.

Went to this location to purchase the new Bolt EUV. Dealt with the sales manager who was very rude and disrespectful towards me. They used derogatory terminology and profanity towards me. They need to learn soft skills and customer service. Customer's are not treated with respect as they should be when visiting a Chevrolet dealership. There are many other dealerships who will gladly accept my business. Never do business with Day's.
