This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Day's Chevrolet. We worked with Larry Eller each time. He has made each experience very pleasant, not what I have experienced with past vehicle purchases with other dealerships. When the time comes we would definitely use this dealership and Larry Eller again.

Very sad customer service and even worse labor department. Car was sent here by progressive, I only found out that “progressive did not cover the cost of this part after it FELL off on the highway.” Manager argues with me that I should complain to insurance. I was never told this part wasn’t replaceable. As a customer I would NEVER know that unless someone tells me. They only care about money and not the customer. Be warned. PABLO is also extremely rude and condescending. Very unfortunate experience. The Front desk lady is very nice and helpful. This is the work they certify!

When I don't need anything more, the quick lube is awesome for an oil change/tire rotation. They always take care of my needs quickly and efficiently. The price is always right. That you Quincy and the entire staff.

Came to pick up windshield wipers I purchased online to be told that they are closed. It says on the website that they're open but the lady in the parts department says they're closed. Even on the door it says open til 2pm. Wasted trip there and it's storming later and Sunday. Not happy at all.

I was a returning customer of Days Chevrolet. Ive spent over $200,000 there. My last transaction left me feeling like greed and money is valued over customers. I put my name on a “list” for a C8 Z06 allocation 4 years ago when I purchased my C8 stingray from them. I was told, “if you wait for an allocation, we would not charge over sticker, we don’t believe in charging over MSRP. ” So 4 years later, my allocation came in. I signed off on the build sheet and MSRP price.
I took delivery of the car, and when I went to pay my first payment I noticed that the loan was $10,000 more than I expected. I went through the finance papers, and saw that they factored a $10,000 markup into the sale price of the car. There was no separate line for the markup. It was factored in the sales price. This meant I was automatically 10,000 upside down on the loan before even sitting in the car.
I asked them to credit me back the $10,000 markup, since I was told that they don’t believe in markups, and that was the sole reason I waited 4 years for the car. They told me no. After complaining in person they credited me back only $2,500, after the manager threatened to “retrieve the offer and I go walk out with nothing.” A few months later I went back to see if they would allow me to trade in the car. It had only 110 miles at the time. Brand new. They refused to even give me an offer. I went back a few months later, at 200 miles, I asked if they could buy the car again. I watched as the manager laughed and shook his head. They refused to even give me an offer again.
Their words were, “We aren’t a player on the car”. Even if I was willing to take 20k less than what I paid for the car. I just wanted to get out the car.
They got their markup adjustment, money from the financing of the loan, and could absolutely care less about me as a customer. I ended up trading the car in at another dealer and took a $18,000 hit after only 7 months of ownership and 240 miles. Not including the payments I made on the car.
I won’t buy another car from them again.That wasn’t right no matter how you put it.
