Great gym with a supportive coaching staff and one of the cleanest CrossFit boxes we have ever been in. The owners put the community first and have created a tight knit gathering of likeminded individuals.

I've been at Crossfit Ho'ola for 3 years now, and it's been the best gym experience. Kekai and Lindsay are welcoming and encouraging to everyone who walks in the doors. The coaches always provide modifications that will challenge you, but also make sure you are being safe. The 5:30am class has become like family to me.
