Charged me an upgrade fee after I was promised I would not be charged. Phone Case dropped 2 inches on the carpet and cracked. They refused to replace.Response to your reply: There won't be a next time. Your canned response means nothing to me. Still waiting to offer to replace the defective case or address the upgrade fee. You made no offer to do that. Your don't stand behind your product.

My husband and I are senior citizens so not technically astute. He couldn't get his phone to work so we, being out of towners, googled nearest Cricket. We won the lottery when we found Dante at the Acworth store! He is one of the smartest techs we have come across. He went far beyond his duties and took lots of time to get my husband's phone back in order. Cudos to Dante with our thanks. Also met Bee at Cricket. She's great too.
