Customer service on Mars Hill is terrible. Can you not teach your employees how to at least be somewhat respectful when checking customers out? It's gone from bad to worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Julie SUCKS as a pharmacist. She didn't order my prescription In AND didn't tell me SHE DIDNT HAVE IT in the store. I went to pick it up after 6 like she said and SURPRISE nothing. I'll have to wait until she gets it in. (This is a medicine I need everyday) SO rude and not willing to communicate or work with me at all. DO NOT USE!

Y'all if your insurance allows you to use Walgreens; use this one!!! My insurance no lingers contracts with them and this location went above and beyond for me to get my prescription transferred!!!! I love them and hope they will be in network next year!!! The whole pharmacy team is amazing.

Tom, your customer service skills are awful. Get it together, twice trying to get your service you were moving at a glacier speed and took phone orders instead. You ask them to hold and help the customers in person.

I remember a time when places such as Walgreen ,CVS and all the chains used to beg for your business now it’s like they don’t care. Takes forever. Mom and pops need to make a come back!! ASAP!!

Was there yesterday for a purchase in the photo department. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful even though they were backed up a bit. The associate that assisted me was very nice and helpful but reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so obnoxious it was nauseating.
