I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1993 and this was the first time I was unable to return items purchased online to the store. I had to drive over an hour (in traffic) only to find out that I have to keep them. So disappointed.

I hate leaving reviews like this, but it’s soooo frustrating when I come to this cosmoprof because it is NEVER open on time. Meaning the employees show up late to open. And not just like 5 minutes late. One time a lady had been out there for 45 minutes already when I had pulled up. I used to not shop here at all because I felt customer service was not good, and they really don’t even carry the products I use. Over the past year I started shopping here again because it is closer than the other supply store, and more convenient as well as there was different employees that were much nicer. I just can’t deal with the lateness! I don’t believe they even have a manager right now so there’s probably little to no structure. It’s super frustrating when you need to grab something last minute before a client, might as well just make the extra 5-10 minute drive to Salon Centric!

This location is not dependable. Twice this month I have come to this store 8:45 & 9:00, and the store is not open. The first time it was a note about "gone to the bank". No info about when to expect a return. The second time there was no note. Often the products I'm looking for are not stocked on the shelf. I would never come back to this location if they didn't carry certain products that I can't get at another supplier near by. Consistency is important. I hope they can get it together.
