Very nice and was very patient with my grandson helped me with changing my storage unit when she found unwanted rat-dropping in the unit. She even waved at me when I went to drop my items off.

Me and my husband needed a uhaul rental and came here. We were in and out to get the truck and they helped us out a lot. Couple days go by and we return the truck, but we needed a storage unit. They helped us out so much and made it a breeze while we were moving. Very good customer service and felt very welcomed.

If I could give them more stars, I would. Michelle who works at the bells ferry location is an absolute angel. Moving is stressful and her #1 goal during the 3 days I rented their uhaul and looked for a suitable storage unit, she answered all my calls, had solutions and back up solutions, made it her priority to get me the lowest rate she could and offer as much assistance with my endless questions about what size storage unit ide need for my furniture. Seriously AMAZING customer service ?

Just moving to the Atlanta area from the left coast a storage place was needed for my 30ft toyhauler. I visited other facilities and was not impressed with the security and value. The staff was cordial on the phone and very helpful. Upon arrival they were very receptive to my concerns and made the process for storage, contract and explanations above and beyond. We had comfortable conversations about the area, ATL, and the storage facility. I feel very comfortable storing my unit at their facility, which appears very secure with limited access by others. It is a good experience so far! Very nice.
