Ownership is great, wasn't expecting to receive help on a reservation until after the weekend but was called promptly and offered a quick move in. Access is easy and I've had no issues here.

Renting my storage unit online over the weekend quick and painless. I received my welcome email almost immediately with all of the instructions needed to access my unit, and getting onto the property and I up my unit was easy and fast. The facility is very secure and I feel safe going alone to to drop off or pick up boxes.Couldn’t be happier!

Have been looking for a storage location for my boat and I came across Firehouse self storage using a google search. I was looking at many other places but pricing here was the best that I found and customer service is unmatched! Jennifer was a phenomenal help and went out of her way to help me determine the best and most accessible spot on the property that my new boat will fit in! Can’t recommend them enough!

This is a good group to work with. I had secured a space for my large RV to be stored, however, it would not fit. The owner was very understanding and provided me with a full refund. Nicely done Firehouse!

Happy with the new ownership - concrete was messed up before and didnt have an automatic gate - and facility wasn’t well maintained. New management invested a lot to make this place nicer and more secure. I’d recommend to those in the area and happy with this facility

I called around to a few other facilities in the area and this facility had some of the best pricing. Also seems secured (looks like a new gate / keypad + numerous cameras). Good value and happy with the online autopay.
