PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND Sanity and DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE. I HAVE COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE AND REALLY DONT LIKE WHEN COMPANIES LIKE THIS TREAT PEOPLE WRONG. I attempted to purchase a car on 8/23/24. Today is 9/18/2024 and now I am out $2500 CASH AND HAVE NO CAR! It’s been a nightmare not having a car when my husband and I have 4 kids and ourselves to get around. PEOPLE ARE OUT HERE STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKING PEOPLE’S money and DOING PEOPLE WRONG! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY $2500 CASH BACK, but the car is in their possession and now I have no car!! IT WAS GONNA COST US ANOTHER $1200 to fix ALL THE ISSUES WE NOTICED WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF HAVING THE CAR, including issues they were aware of before we left the lot. THEY WERE FULLY AWARE THE “SERVICE AIRBAG” light was on before we left the lot with the car and we were told they would address it once I came back in to sign the reassignment paperwork. 3 days after driving the car a 4WD light came on and the A/C went out!! We had to drive around GA in 90+ degree weather with no A /C and with small children in the car!! Just awful!!!! Once we brought it back in, we were told several things needed to be replaced and one being an A/C compressor! All would cost $1200+!! AMY (Manager/Finance manager) was trying to make it seem like $1200 isnt a lot of money to just dish out unexpectedly. My husband and I were extremely upset about the whole situation and left. They called a few days after we stormed out of their office and said they would replace the AC compressor for Free, because apparently they found one in a junk yard, but we had to pay for a $600 part to fix the 4WD light, as if they were doing us a favor! $600 is a lot of money when you’ve already given them $2500! They didn’t even mention the Airbag Light being fixed and we were told by Amy, VERBATIM, “We sell cars with Airbag Lights on all the time!” HOW DANGEROUS? ALSO, WE WERE NEVER OFFERED A WARRANTY!! I repeat, WE WERE NEVER OFFERED A WARRANTY!! Amy lied and said she offered us one BUT NEVER DID! We did our paperwork with Travis, When was the warranty offered if you weren’t even there while we were filling out our paperwork? SHE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT! She never even mentioned WARRANTY! EVERYTHING WAS RUSHED THE DAY WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND WE KNOW FOR A FACT THERE WAS NOT A WARRANTY OFFERED! We definitely would have bought a warranty! I refused to pay them any money to fix it, so THEY AGREED IF I DIDNT SIGN THE REASSIGNMENT PAPERWORK THEN I COULD LEAVE THE CAR AND THE DEAL WOULD BE “DEAD”, BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY $2500 down payment BACK!! AMY IN FINANCE IS AN AWFUL HUMAN BEING! She acts like she cares when she’s making a deal and then switches up and doesn’t want to deal with you if you have any problems!!! THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST OFFERED TO PUT US IN ANOTHER CAR! They ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I ASKED AMY WHO THE OWNER WAS SO I COULD ESCALATE THE SITUATION AND SHE TOLD US SHE WAS THE OWNER, another LIE!!! THE OWNER IS JAMEY RICHMAN AND HE REFUSED TO TALK TO US ABOUT THE SITUATION! My husband went to talk to him and he told him he doesn’t talk to customers! His response, “I DONT TALK TO CUSTOMERS, that’s why I pay Amy!” HE WAS RUDE FROM THE START and didn’t even give my husband a chance to talk to him man to man!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! I’m GOING ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS SHADY COMPANY. My posts will reach someone and hopefully keep them away from this horrible place!! LISTEN TO ME AND DONT LEARN THE HARD WAY! IN AN ECONOMY WHERE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE STURGGLING TO SURVIVE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED! READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM! It’s all TRUE!!! Amy or whoever handles their review responses is going to get on this post and try to put the blame on us, but THE ONLY THING WE DID WRONG WAS DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE IN THE FIRST PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES with better, more reliable cars!

Recently, my husband purchased an Audi Q7 from Cherokee Auto Sales, and the entire experience was outstanding. Hannah, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful, and the finance manager made the process smooth and pleasant. Although we knew there were some risks in buying a used vehicle, we had it serviced at an Audi dealership without any issues. I’m thrilled with the SUV and would highly recommend Cherokee Auto Sales for your next car purchase.

bewhere of this dealership. they'll sell you a car with issues that they know of. i bought a 2014 chevy cruze from them this past april. from the initial visit they seemed nice, got me in a car and all. they have me take the car to emissions the next day, and have a pick up payment a few weeks later. but here's where the trouble starts.... a week later, the cars fan revvs loud, and the check engine light comes on. so i take the car back to get looked at. they say it's the catalytic converter. a few days later they say it's ready. but don't give me ANY documentation of what's wrong with it, and how they fixed it. had asked for a receipt when i got there, then asked via email and asked over the phone when i made the pick up payment. oh and by the way, a pick up payment is legal if it's included in the sales contract AND the first page of the loan declaration. in my case, it WAS NOT, had paid an extra $500 for nothing (auto fraud people ... look it up). they witheld sending in my registration until after i paid the $500 (called the tag office to inquire of my tag in the beginning of may) 31 days after me buying the car. they only paid the title fee, makes me wonder what did they do with the tag fee. i had to go pay that myself. and when i called the dealership to question it... no answer. now fast forward to present day. cars in the shop because the issues got worse. and cherokee auto sales DID NOT fix the problems on the car, how i know is that the mechanics at the shop my car is at now pulled up the Carfax report and there is no evidence of the dealership fixing the issues. so yeah, whatever you do... run the other way. do not buy. a car from these people.

Horrible after purchase experience. I was called and harassed about insurance for a vehicle that was not purchased in my name. I provided the information to Hunter via email, the next day texted me again threatening to repo the car if insurance wasn’t received. Hunter responded confirming he had received the information, it was in his spam folder. So unprofessional.
