No one is answering the phone at this branch after I have called multiple times. Then attempt to do on line banking to no avail. Call the on-line banking representative who walked through everything with me and said the transaction was good to go...then get an email from Chase about an hour later saying the transaction has been cancelled. Service is terrible at Chase.

This bank is the absolute worst. Went in to order checks and was the only person in there and was told that I had to do it online because it would take too long to order from inside the branch. The manager was sitting in her office alone not helping anyone. Will never go back to this bank. All the negative reviews are spot on, awful customer service.

What an unwelcoming group of people. I went in to transfer my personal and business accounts. I was so disgusted with the lack of service and condescending attitude that I left.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone, and then require you to make an appointment once you’ve already driven to the location due to them not answering. Only to find everyone standing/sitting around doing nothing.

Poor service. I get it that its a digital age but IF a person needs to go INTO a bank there need to be enough workers to help in a timely manner. Not oh you need to schedule an appointment. Most people don't schedule appointments...they walk in when they need help..And for get about CALLING to make an appointment. No one answers phone

This bank is horrendous! We walk in to the bank hoping to open two accounts, and a man with spiked back hair says that we can not because it will take too long. You can not call the phone because they will not answer! Customer service here is awful. Do not recommend trying to come to this bank for whatever you might need. Will not be putting my money here...so bad!

Horrible service. I tried for a week to get something notarized at this branch. Each time that I call, they've got some excuse why I cannot get it done that day, or I'm told to call back. I ended up going to another one of my banks and got my document notarized without any problem. Time to move my funds out of Chase.

People are very nice but Chase is by far the worst bank to deal with. I have been with chase over 15 years and every year it gets worse. Online banking is clumsy and not user friendly, the mobile app is terrible to work with and finding a real branch that can help with problems is difficult. Calling the 800# is a joke and only leads to more wasted time and frustration. I would look elsewhere for a banking solution.
