  It is extremely rare to find employees who take ownership of problems these days. Terry at the Mars Hill branch is one of those people.   I received wonderful customer service here while opening a CD, opening a savings account, and getting a document notarized. It was even near the end of the day. I love banking with Chase in general, and wish this was my local branch.

  Nothing but good things for me! I've been in a few times and Mr. Terry has been nothing but pleasant and helpful, got my reward super quickly, glad I made the switch!
