Wasted my morning setting up accounts and a credit card to only be misled. Asked the clerk specifically if the balance transfer amount would be an issue with the approved credit limit. I was informed that it would not be an issue but if there was to give them a call. Well an issue arose as I saw the full amount was not to be transfered...called customer service and was told the opposite of what the local branch clerk said. Called the local branch that I set up the accounts with and they said that they thought they explained clearly. Obviously not if my question was answered incorrectly...

The worst bank ever. They let somebody STEAL $7000 out of my account and then denied my LEGIT claim so they would not have to replace it. Customer Service is rude. This bank is UNTRUSTWORTHY AND INCOMPETANT!

Cant leave less than 1 star or i would. Need to fix the ATM. For weeks I've been trying to deposit money in my account via the ATM and no cash or checks can be read according to the machine. Fix this ATM asap. The point of having it is to help your customers so help them by fixing the problem. So unacceptable. What's the point of a 24 hour ATM if it doesn't work even during business hours...

They refuse to take money and put it in your account unless it's an amount they want.The atm malfunctioned and deactivated my account.They refuse to let me wire money and make me do it on the app.All 4 staff I dealt with were disrespectful and if they were my employees would be fired.

I had an appointment to open a business account at 10:00 and now it’s 10:30 and I told them I was leaving because nobody acknowledged me after I told them I was there for an appointment. Very bad business! Now I am thinking I will take my 3 other Chase accounts elsewhere.

Please reconsider banking with the Chase Bank of Acworth, GA, because my experience has been abhorrent. Chase loan reps haven't treated me well at all, and there's a practice of "bait and switch"with some new customers receiving a bonus for direct deposits. After a few weeks of opening my savings/checking accounts there, I received a bonus coupon in the mail for the $225 bonus. As a new customer, it stated if I transferred my direct deposit with Chase, I would receive the $225 bonus. Well, Chris S. a loan officer at Chase. phoned me a few weeks after my visit at Chase Bank to inquire about the bonus, so I assumed he was calling to discuss the bonus. Actually, he called to ask if I had an interest to refi my mortgage or take out a loan with Chase. After I told him no, I wanted to know why I wasn't eligible for the bonus. He told me he would research my request and call me the following day with an answer. Needless to say, three weeks later, I'm still waiting for him to return my call. As I stated to him in my subsequent email , which he never responded to that correspondence at any rate, I told him at this point it's more a matter of fairness.I have sent him two emails,no reply to anything, which seems very suspicious to me. I have decided to withdraw my monies from Chase due to their negligence in responding to my question. Since I have two direct deposits with Chase Bank, it is a headache to change my bills and direct deposits to a new banking account. I hope this review helps those of you thinking of choosing Chase Bank for your banking needs.My experience has been horrible. Also, when using my Chase debit card, it was declined several different times at several different retailers, even though my account had more than enough funds to cover my purchases. I have since talked to other former Chase customers who experienced the same issue with their card being erroneously declined. An unhappy soon to be former Chase customer. J.F.

This bank is trash and terrible customer service. Go with a credit union or a regional bank. Rude and unpleasant experience.

Wow I do not even know where to begin all I can say is run run away! Right down the street to LGE, should have made the switch years ago. The final straw was when my account unknown to me was converted to a secure checking account meaning you cannot write checks from this type of account so when I attempted to I was basically accused of fraud asked how did I obtain checks for this account? By the way took 2 weeks to even get a straight answer and got that answer over the phone not even at this branch. Was first told the check did indeed clear my account ummm no that's basic math, then told there was a fraud alert which I never received, then was told I need to close my account and reopen another in order to be able to write checks. Yeah no thanks I've had that account since 2008, so glad to be done with these conartist. To top it all off they did not even have enough funds to give me from my own account! I left with a cashier's check.

Went here for a friend to get money out, not even a large sum. And they say they don't have that much money. Lmao avoid this bank at all cost. It's my money your holding, and they say they don't have it.

My husband and I went in to update my name to my married name, open him an account with Chase and add our names to each other’s accounts. I’ve been with Chase for years and we wanted to have accounts with the same bank. The employee we dealt with was rude and not interested in assisting us. She did change my name, but that was it. She told me to use the online app to do the rest. And there was not even a banker present to assist us. The manager also came out to assist another customer while we were there. The other customer asked the manager how he was doing and the manager told the customer he was ready to walk out and not come back. Overall they were very unprofessional and obviously miserable working there. I believe my husband and I will be going to Suntrust who he is currently banking with and look into opening me an account with Suntrust. Very displeased!!

This was the nearest branch for me- 100miles from my place and I travelled all the way to make sure everything goes right.i was trying to submit documents to get my credit card approved. The person told all my documents are sent and I can wait for approval in 10days. What do I recieve after 10days? A mail that documents were not uploaded clearly and they can't see anything. Why do they even branches if they don't have rights to approve that the documents in their hand are legit. And why are people working here if they can't even upload a document but confidently say everything is taken care of!!!!!! Worst experience. I would never return here.
